You are missing the obvious. Once the election is over, the ballots are anonymous. We have secret elections requiring ballots which can not be traced back to the voter.

So if you voted 10 times using different names, after the election is over, all 10 of your ballots do not have your ID in any form or fashion. You can re-count all you want, your votes will still count as 10 votes.

National voting ID and requiring voting in person with that ID is the best way to minimize fraud.

ok, so if someone voted 10 times with 10 different names, the name/signature is still on the books. I think that is what people are talking about, if you look at the names there is little doubt you could find plenty of dead people suddenly rising to vote.

We are all aware that the ballot does not have your name on it -
