Citing allegations of voter fraud, a petition posted Saturday at the White House "We the People" web site demands a recount of Tuesday's election.
"In one county alone in Ohio, which was a battleground state, President Obama received 106,258 votes...but there were only 98,213 eligible voters. It's not humanly possible to get 108% of the vote," the petition says.
According to the petition, if voter ID laws had been in place across the country, a recount would be unnecessary.
A post at American Third Position says that Obama lost every state that required photo ID, but the National Conference of State Legislatures says that Michigan law requires voters to "show a photo ID or sign an affidavit attesting that he or she is not in possession of photo identification." Obama won Michigan in Tuesday's election.
Obama also won New Hampshire and Hawaii. Both states, according to the NCSL, ask for photo ID, but make allowances for voters who say they have none.
In Hawaii, for example, voters who say they do not have photo ID will be "asked to recite his/her date of birth and residence address to corroborate the information provided in the poll book," the NCSL said.
A post at Pundit Press says that Obama received over 99 percent of the vote in areas of Philadelphia where GOP poll watchers were forcibly removed.
"Ward 4, which also had a poll watcher dressed in Obama attire, went massively for Obama. Mr. Obama received 99.5% of the vote, defeating Mr. Romney 9,955 to 55," the blog said.
The post notes that "Obama also won 99.8% of the vote in 44 Cleveland districts," while winning a county that had 108 percent voter registration.

How dumb is this? If I had voted 10 times, all 10 of my ballots do not have my name on them. They can count till blue in the face, it will count as 10 votes.

It has become blatantly obvious the voter fraud that was committed during the 2012 Presidential elections. If ID laws had been enforced (which the administration is completely against because that meant they would lose) then this wouldn't be an issue.

Like this is going to happen. America is a country of dreamers. Whatever fraud was committed, and I believe fraud was committed, will be covered up. By the time anything comes of this, Omabass will be long gone and enjoying his millions in Hawaii ... or the dictator he expects himself to become.
Recount won’t solve the problem. Fraudulently cast votes have identical looking ballots with NO NAMES OF VOTERS.
Only thing which will solve the problem is a national voter ID issued upon presentation of citizenship evidence. Then no voting by mail, and every voter must present the national voter ID.

Agree. I, too, believe this election was won through fraud/cheating. The Republican Party or the Campaign should have forcefully and legally challenged each instance immediately.
If you have 0 republican votes - how hard is it to find 1 Republican that will swear under oath that they voted in a district? If you can find 1 you can probably find more. And what’s more you can probably document their activity. Is anyone digging?

Now that Colorado County Clerks are checking over the number of registered voters, and comparing them with the actual number of Ballots cast on Nov. 6, 2012, so far the following has come to light:
Here in Colorado, 17 Counties had from 104% to 140% of their entire populations (men, women, and children) casting Ballots in the 2012 Presidential Election (!). Excuses by County Clerks have been: “Well, we have a lot of hunters who come to our county to hunt, so they just voted here.” (Uh. . . .as a former Election Deputy, need I remind you that there are “residency restrictions” when it comes to voting in Colorado???) Another County Clerk stated: “We have tourists coming here all the time, so they probably just voted here.” (Again. . . .need I remind you of Colorado’s “residency restrictions” concerning voting in Colorado???) YOU CANNOT LIVE IN ONE COUNTY AND GO VOTE IN ANY OTHER COUNTY THAT YOU WANT!!!

***And now I see they’re having the SAME PROBLEM in Florida-—with 113% of St. Lucie County’s entire population casting Ballots!!! We’ll see how many counties in Florida have the “same problem!”

Could you advertise in the precincts that went 100% for Obama asking if anyone voted for Romney to come forward?
Voter ID only takes care of controlling the input to the voting system.
It does not control the means of COUNTING the votes.
Votes can to e deducted from one candidate and added to the other.
Only 11 states required voters to show a photo ID. Nineteen other states required voters to present some form of identification. In an election this close, it is doubtful that Obama had more legitimate votes than Romney. So why did the Republican party roll over for this crap, especially in an election likely to put our freedoms in danger ?

The fraud would be glaringly apparent with some simple data analytics, followed up by canvassing suspect votes. Dead people are dead, and removed. Criminals are criminals, and their vote is removed. People who haven’t voted in 5 years, but voted this time, are confirmed. We could run every precinct through ACL and filter and dissect the data at will!
Then it’s affidavit time. States may have to hire and pay to have it done, but it could be handled before the elector’s cast their votes next month, after the votes are validated and certified by the SOS.
Votes would fall off like tree leaves in Autumn.
Oh, and make sure EVERY MILITARY BALLOT IS COUNTED - Period!
Fraud was so massive, voiding the few votes in counties where votes exceeded registered voters won’t change the results hardly anywhere.
I lived 37 years in Chicago. We had democrats voting multiple times, dead people voting, blank ballots filled in by democrat operatives by the thousands, etc.
What you must understand is once any fraudulent ballot is deposited in a ballot box or an electronic machine, there is no ID on the ballot. We have secret elections which means ballots have no ID to trace the voter.
To stop fraud, the process must begin BEFORE voting. It will require a national ID confirming proof of citizenship. It will require voting in person. It will require validation of absentee ballots.
Re-counts are mostly pissing in the wind, and meaningful only in extremely close elections, within 0.1% such as was the case in Florida 12 years ago.
Democrats and Democracy have no truck with each other, and if Republicans want to continue playing politics the GOP better get in on the fraud game. When everyone cheats equally, its a fair game.
You are missing the obvious. Once the election is over, the ballots are anonymous. We have secret elections requiring ballots which can not be traced back to the voter.
So if you voted 10 times using different names, after the election is over, all 10 of your ballots do not have your ID in any form or fashion. You can re-count all you want, your votes will still count as 10 votes.
National voting ID and requiring voting in person with that ID is the best way to minimize fraud.
I am so glad that someone finally went public with this. I have been reeling for days with the realization that we have been HAD and not one peep in the media about it.
Instead I have to listen to how a majority of people in this country want that cold blooded monster to tinker with our economy and slash our freedoms for another 4 years. If that is true then a lot of very smart, experienced people were completely wrong in their predictions and I don’t believe that was the case. I have finally turned off Fox News which I watched incessantly before this mockery of an election occurred.
Where are the lawyers? Does Romney need funds to hire them with? I don’t know if he can dip into his personal assets for a recount, but if it is money he needs, let him say so. The American people that I know will shower him with whatever it takes to right this wrong.
I am not even sure that a recount will be sufficient given how easy it is to tinker with software. We might need a recall. Is that even possible on the federal level?

As I said earlier, if someone broke into your house you wouldn’t say “Oh well, you got in so go ahead and kill me and my family.”
Or if someond hacked your bank account and stole your life savings you wouldn’t say “Hey, you got in so just keep it.”
This is much more serious, our freedom and democracy hang on our elections. No one should take this lying down.

It is the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES which has the CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY to NULLIFY AN ELECTION ——
and appoint who they want/determine.
And they have in fact done that a few times.

Hand-writing experts can fix that. I still say a thumbprint would be a good idea too.

Shockingly, many people right here on FReeRepublic think this was a fair election and the conservatives were just out-voted.
This election was stolen and I am dismayed by all of the shoulder shrugging I see.

Sorry, I do not know. I do not do either of those. However, I do think they are doing everything possible.
But probably there is always something more that can be done - that way. I just put this here having just found out about it. Hoping others will pick up the ball and help

I have just been doing this petition site, watching the progress of my entry as I have been posting. It just got finally done ! A letter/email is also sent to the Pres in addition to Congress people. They have msgs encouraging viewers to spread the word about it. and a link to Twitter, and a widget, etc.
Trying to see if I can find the counts of sends. I think I saw them when I started. ———> 16,510 Actions Taken So Far !!!! I think it only began a day or 2 ago.

ok, so if someone voted 10 times with 10 different names, the name/signature is still on the books. I think that is what people are talking about, if you look at the names there is little doubt you could find plenty of dead people suddenly rising to vote.
We are all aware that the ballot does not have your name on it -
One big factor of our elections is that these have become like sports contests.Once time (or ballots counted/recorded) run out it is back to live and forget everything. That is especially true as to the integrity, honesty and intent of our Constitution. All things become relevant to getting along. I’m hoping there are enough true believers in the worth of the Constitution to keep a fire of truth and action burning. It will be very interesting to see what the swearing in game plan is this time as to use of the Koran in private chambers instead of the traditional bible because of some contrived oath wording foul up. If someone can challenge Obama’s birth eligibility before hand like at the electoral vote certification the situation might change. Roberts and Obama should have a different game plan from last time.

The multiple voters do NOT register with the same name.
They will register with fictitious names! They will register under dead people’s names. There were thousands of voters in 2012 over 100 years old! Not many people live past 100.
Then there are voters who register from different states, different counties when they travel. If I am visiting my brother in another state or county, I can go down to the county office, use my brother’s address and register.
In WA state here, we have 100% voting by mail. No one has ever seen my face while voting since I never have to appear in person. I can register in every county in state. It will take a lot of effort to detect my multiple voting pattern. No county will spend the money to do it.
You are absolutely correct. Counting votes is another issue altogether. But counting, even if 100% honest, won’t help when fraudulent ballots (votes) are already present.
However with paper ballots, it is possible to hold the counting process reasonably honest by posting good observers.
And how in the hell did Romney get less votes then McCain.
There is no way any clear thinking person can believe this pile of baloney they are shoving down our throats.

Thumb prints is an excellent idea. Won’t help here in WA state. We have 100% voting by mail! No one ever has seen my face/thumb/pic ID while voting. They mail me the ballot, I mail it back in envelope provided. Just so ripe for fraud to occur.

As for detecting dead people, that record is difficult to obtain outside of your county/state. If one dies in Oregon, Iowa has no clue.
No system is better than a national photo ID or a thumb print, along with personal appearance required to vote. In my state it is 100% voting by mail...fraud has to be ubiquitous here.
Usually I pass over the trolls. But it just disturbs me that with their “nothing to see here” posts are influencing people who haven’t been keeping up with the fraud.
