In looking at the voting data from Richmond, Virginia, an observer is struck by a few things. First is that Mitt Romney and Barack Obama were running neck-and-neck for the first several precincts. Even in heavily democratic precincts, Romney was still garnering around 25-30% of the vote.
Then, all of a sudden, all in order, starting with Precinct 213, Obama received: 90.30% of the vote, then 95.91%, then 89.62%, then 94.68%, then 97.49%, then 94.16%, then 95.09%. Before these Obama numbers began, Romney had gotten over 30% of the vote, and after they finished, Romney shot back up to 23%.
But this wasn't the only "blip" on the radar. Mr. Obama received over 99% of the vote in two precincts in Richmond, over 98% in another two, and over 97% in four. And they all came in peculiar fashion.
Voters in the same districts would go slightly towards Romney or slightly for Obama, then six or seven in a row would be plus-90% for Obama... then go back to slightly for one of the candidates, then again, another five or six in a row 90% for Obama.
The same odd pattern showed up in Norfolk, Virginia. Precincts would be relatively close, going to Obama or Romney. Then they'd explode towards Obama. For example, starting with Precinct 311, Obama received 68.97%, then exploded to 98.08% of the vote, then 98.21%, then 99.05%, then 97.86%, then 97.96%, then immediately dropped to 58.66%. And these heavily-Obama precincts were not all in the same city, but various cities through Virginia.
It's a good thing the vote in Virginia wasn't close, though, right?

Yes. I am all for pointing out fraud, but I am sure there are a lot of districts in Philly, Cleveland, and parts of urban Virginia where there might be 90% black voters, or at least black and hispanic.
So while on the face of it this looks crazy.....it would be useful to see what the demographics are.
But Romney and the GOP, being the good losers that they are, will do nothing to investigate this atrocity. The House Committee should immediately subpoena the records of any county where the vote totals stink and force the county officials to testify about how this could have occurred. The GOP have got to start fighting. It is quite possible that Florida, Virginia and Ohio were all stolen. It was that close.
I was reading yesterday news that in Broward County FL Obama received 108 percent of the vote..how is that even possible except for voter fraud
voter ID is required in VA.
These are likely black precincts. I don't doubt that they voted 90-10 for Obama or even worse in the inner city.

The orginal article was referencing ‘Obama won a majority of the 108% registered voters’, not 108% of the total vote cast. The 108% is a reference to how many voters were registered based upon census data that said some percentage of residents were below 18 years of age thus not elgible. Thus the registered number was 108% of what it should have been using the census data minus the below 18 number.
St Lucie FL had 158% voter turn out.
Barry Hussein Soetoro had a lock on this election because he was Black,period.

What would be really interesting would be to see a time progression ... where it would be clear that voters were migrating (being bussed) in groups from one location to another.
To see a specific location shift dramatically , as if a tide were coming in , and then revert back to the expected prior pattern is MORE than suspicious. It IS grounds for an investigation ...

Norfolk is 47.1% white and 43.1% black. A very high population of military and gov’t employees. Just searched “demographics of norfolk, Va”

I think some of the acorn money went to rigging the election. Also the voting until 9 in va beach and norfolk. I don t think it was whites who couldn’t get to the polls on time. Probably weren’t registered. I think a lot of states should refuse the results and the SCOURT. Use this as the first step to pulling out.

I voted early in the mornign in a highly republican district
A woman voted ahead of me and for no grabbed her ballot as it was halfway into the reader and pulled it out- tearing it in half and jamming the machine
All of us bhind her had to put our votes in the ‘emergency bin’
She did not seem concerned that her vote was counted, she did not ask for another ballot, she did not apologize and get ambarrassed, she just walked out
Later that day I heard FOUR MORE machine scanners were broken in 4 other highly republican districts
Manufacturing votes is tricky- you cant too obviously vote dead people or manufature over 100% ... but tossing out ballots is far less detectable
