On the local news here in palm beach county, they JUST reported that Murphy still leads by 2500 votes...
What the 195 votes means is that they have 195 votes more than they need to automatically trigger a recount. Not that they have 195 total votes more than Murphy.
I thought that, too, someone explained it to me yesterday.
