they are about to find out now....

we were without power from hurricane Sandy for five days in my house....we lost a lot of food and went through a lot of other expense because of the storm...

in the past i would not consider looking to FEMA or another gov’t agency for federal help for my expenses...right now i am in an F-U type of mood and am sick of being forever the maker and never the taker....as a result i am seriously considering putting in a claim for a few hundred $$$ to recoup some of my loses (granted- i don’t know how the system works or even if i’m eligible- i just hear the ads on the radio all the time about “getting federal relief for Sandy”)....

want opinions from my fellow Freepers- i am wrong in my way of thinking???

In a world where information is available with touch of a fingertip, the voters should have known. The fact that they didn’t is only a symptom of the larger problem in this country. People are no longer independent thinkers who can be bothered with the the truth.

From the article the question was raised about:

“…policy of extra-judicial killings of American citizens abroad could also apply in the United States.”

Was the branch davidian killings at Waco “extrajudicial”?

I think so.

Its been in the works for a LONG time.

Romney ran a “Johnny One Note Campaign” Used a poison dart blow gun when he should have used a cannon loaded with grape shot because he had pleanty of stuff he could fill that barrel with.. He failed to hammer away on what will happen when Obama gets returned; The Obama 2013/14 Tax Increases. The impact of Obama’s energy policies...The impact of Supreme Court Appointments.. 18,000 new IRS agents and on and on. Including rampant corruption. Instead we got a sales pitch on executive ability but not the reason why one should toss the old model and buy his.

In addition Rove who I understand was handling the Senate campaign played games and his material
never warned voters that if Obama gets re-elected as well as senate the chances of repealing Obama care ...AND ALL THE TAX INCREASES THAT GO WITH IT WILL NEVER GET REPEALED

I find it fascinating that NO ONE claiming to be a conservative magazine, website, or blogger questions the election results.

IMO, it is becoming more clear that zero had the fix in long before the election began. I think that’s why his first debate performance was so poor - he didn’t care because he knew he was going to win no matter what. I think that’s also why he campaigned somewhat lackadasically and didn’t realy do anything except throw out a couple of stupid things about Romney.

The DBM reported in the last weeks leading up to election day that Obama supporters were depressed and Romney voters were energized. So, how do depressed voters and energized voters add up to a win by the candidate whose voters were depressed??

Something stinks to high heaven and I can’t be the only person in America who questions the results.
