No point in discussing this anymore. There will be no legal challenges. Any legal challenges will never get anywhere. Look what happened to the whole birther movement: relegated to the dustbin of history.

We KNOW voter fraud happened, and all signs point to it having happened in a massive way. I believe, personally, that instead of voting multiple times, they found a way to nullify or not register votes for Romney.

If you look at my local precinct, for instance, we supposedly voted heavily for Obama, but every single Republican Representative and state Senate candidate won. That makes absolutely no sense.

I personally feel that the GOP-e put Romney in knowing full well he wouldn’t win and have entered in a deal with the Liberals. With both parties against us, the American people are no longer anything more than chattel.

How much more will We the People continue to allow our disenfranchisement of the vote?

“Direct” disenfranchisement refers to actions that explicitly prevent people from voting or having their votes counted, as opposed to “indirect” techniques, which attempt to prevent people’s votes from having an impact on political outcomes (e.g., gerrymandering, ballot box stuffing, stripping elected officials of their powers).

http://www.umich.edu/~lawrace/disenfranchise1.htm

doesn’t seem to have changed a lot.

IMHO we need to hammer the DOJ/Holder on this...and use Breitbart and like-minded folks to challenge this racial discrimination.

Stuff it in their faces.

Too late to do anything about it now, unless hard evidence of actual fraud is found. Even then, it won’t change the results.

What we need is to be better prepared for next time. Call out the National guard and provide GOP inspectors with escorts to ensure that they are allowed in and are able to perform their duties. Don’t wait for the courts to act after the fact — the fraud will already be baked in if the polling station is allowed to open without proper inspection.

I’m tired of the charge that I’m over reacting, by suggesting that massive vote fraud was a key in this election.

Way to many data points remain unexplained, in the absense of fraud.

The refusal of some conservatives to vote for Romney is the other half.

Look at the judges who issued the order expelling the inspectors. Work to impeach these guys and lots of juicy items will show up.

hate to say it but these areas are heavily black democratic inner city areas. im not surprised no one voted for romney. i can probably say the same thing about a small town in kansas where the entire population voted for romney and none for obama.

Right! The discipline of Communism and dictatorship.

How many votes are involved, and did it make a difference in who won Pennsylvania?

OK, it looks like Obama won Pennsylvania by 300k votes. Did Philly give 300k fraudulent votes to the total? We were looking at total 500k-700k in total votes for Obama out of Philly, as I recall. What was the actual tally? In other words, I will be more concerned about this if it made the difference, but if Romney gets beat anyway, what’s the point of getting all worked up? Just be aware it’s there in case we get a close one next time.

Recent GA transplant born and raised in the suburbs of Philly. They have been doing this in Philadelphia forever. We used to do the door-to-door post “motor voter” and would find families registered to vacant lots, etc. It is a machine and very unlikely to change, but only makes a difference in razor-tight elections.

I know its too late for this last election; but, its not too late to make the next election honest.

If Obama wants to pass ANYTHING, the GOP should condition it on election reform. Pick a state that has good election laws/id laws/mechanisms and laws to clean the registration roles, and declare ‘we want these laws to be pre-approved by holder’. In other words, if Pennsylvania wants to enact identical laws, Holder will not stop it.

If Barry refuses, NOTHING gets done. No debt deals, no nothing.

They are still “counting” votes in Washington state for governor.

The counting machines screwed up. The counting machines in King County. King county, where in the last election, boxes and boxes of votes for Gregoire mysteriously kept showing up until she was ahead...

I knew the fix was in when our local Democrat controlled newspaper columnist started screaming about “voter suppression” and demonizing poll watchers.

Just checked some of Missouri vote numbers against 2008:

2012 2,744,935 votes cast in presidential election
2008 2,917,621 votes cast
drop of 69% to 66% of registered voters (172,000 votes less)

Didn’t check every county, but every county I looked at shows a drop. Saint Louis County shows a drop of 30,000 fewer votes. Saint Louis City, 17,000 fewer votes cast.

What was that about long lines??? Is this the new angle; your votes disappear down a wormhole??
