Top Iowa Conservative: The Republican Civil War has already started

"He [Romney] killed us all over the country. Look at [same-sex] marriage. We've never lost the issue before, until it shared a ballot with Romney then we lost it four times on one day. Heck, we even won marriage in California on Election Day 2008 for goodness sake.

There will never be another establishment candidate like that. Jeb Bush, Chris Christie...those people will never happen. Heck, I think Christie will be driven out of the GOP and be the next Charlie Crist. Mitt just killed Republicans in my home state. People are angry, especially because Matt Drudge and Karl Rove told us it was all in the bag all along, after they got done smearing conservatives in the primary and dumping on Todd Akin.

It's on like Donkey Kong."

I think we also can agree that liberaltarians as they are now known are the natural enemies of conservatives.

At the risk of inciting a riot, I have to disagree. It appears to have been the loonie holier-than-thou moralists who were willing to throw the entire nation under the bus to protect their holy purity.

"Libertarians" aren't the ones who stayed home and gave us another four years of hell and worse.

What a sour grapes article.
***Nuthin’ sour about those grapes. We know they’re sweet, so we were building a ladder (political coalition) to get to them. Unfortunately, the guy who sells us wood for the ladder handed over termite infested boards. Now the blame comes, deservedly so.

Gay marriage in Washington and Minnesota, it was going to pass no matter what. Get used to it, the blue states want it and this is just the beginning.
***I’m in California, dark blue state, and we knocked down gay marriage handily. You don’t have to accept the unacceptable.

Democrats and Blue blooded Leftist rinos. Never was for Romney. I even kicked and screamed in here after the Primary and even after the convention about Romney. It is high time for the civil war and possible the creation of a new party. This is what is holding us back from winning.

You are all a broken record. Nobody would have beat Obama. the press was set to seek and destroy. Romney was a great candidate and totally qualified to leas this country out of the wilderness.

Lets not forget the 3 primaries Romney was declared the winner and later, sometime after the next primary there was a correction of whoops sorry he did not win. Also the polls that claimed he was the only candidate that could beat Obama with predictions of beating Obama by 5 to 8 percent.

Liberaltarians are the ones who are giddy and gleeful today

Anyone willing to watch a liberal RINO lose -again- and then blame conservative Christians by using words like “Witch burning Shiite Christian bible thumpers”....

They are my mortal enemies.

So now Jimmy Carter 2 has morphed into Reagan of 1984, as ‘unbeatable’ by anyone?

Romney was a disaster, and he has been a loser his entire 20 years of running for office.

In 2008 he spent 150 million dollars to get beaten by two guys with no money, called McCain and Huckabee, and in 2012, Mitt got stomped by Jimmy Carter.

Nobody would have beat Obama.
***Let’s look at the Vote totals:

2008:
OBama 69,297,997
McCain: 59,597,520

2012:
Obama: 54,773,837
Romney 53,716,689

Looks like a whole lot of voters stayed home.

Obama -15M
Romney -6M

So, Romney got 6M votes LESS than McLame did, in a poor economy. Are you saying McLame was a better candidate? Palin was the one who propped up McLame. If she were the candidate she wouldn’t have had a gender gap & would have sent the bass turd packing.

It appears to have been the loonie holier-than-thou moralists who were willing to throw the entire nation under the bus to protect their holy purity.

Who specifically, the very tiny number of the anti-Christians who vote republican?

The Evangelicals who voted 79% for Romney?

The Catholics who only voted 48% for Romney?

The social liberals who only vote by tiny numbers for republicans?

Who?

In his own mind maybe.

No doubt...I cannot believe that people listen to him...but then, most of his target audience is rather low on the IQ scale. He and BVP are the supreme leaders of a gaggle of idiots.

What infidelity? The women magically disappeared when he was no longer running.

If you’ve got proof, put up or shut up.

They were dug up by Axelrod. Thanks to people like you, we lost.
