May the heros of Benghazi be proud of how we vote today.

They gave their lives for us, now we need to give our votes for them.

Vote as if the lives of our Military Men and Women depended on it.

Mount Laurel, NJ at 6:10AM I got in line. I was #11 in line. The station next to me also had already served 11 people. There were at least six other stations set up. Beings that there are two rather lengthy referendums, to average 1 person per minute per station is pretty good. BTW, Mount Laurel is a rather heavy leaning Republican area.

I went to vote today with my daughter. I was proudly wearing my Romney pin. I was asked to remove it. I did, but was that right for him to ask me to remove it??

Arrived at polls at 7:50am. There were about three people in line ahead of me, while I was waiting another five or so queued up behind me. Looked like about a 1-2 people per minute steady during the 15 mins I was in there. Didn’t look like huge turnout, correlates with virtually no yard signs in my town. No enthusiasm this year.

Electioneering, or supporting a candidate is usually banned within 100-200 feet of polling places. No biggie.

"The New Jersey Department of State has issued a directive today to county elections officials to permit New Jersey registered voters displaced by Hurricane Sandy to vote electronically."

So what happens if the number of e-mail votes received exceeds the population of the United States?

The four Americans who 0bama did not rescue will be on my mind the entire time I’m at the polling place. The spirits of Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods will be with me, and I will give them justice for their Commander-In-Chief’s betrayal.

Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County. 9:45 am - longer lines than usual. Poll worker told me it has been this steady all morning. Unusual for my polling place.

You should’ve known better than to ‘campaign’ at a polling place. Not allowed!

Mount Laurel is a rather heavy leaning Republican area

Good to know. Your town has the distinction of bearing the name of one of our state's most odious NJ Supreme Court diktats ever ... the Mount Laurel decision.

Yes America, here in NJ we are forced to build "affordable housing" in every village in hamlet in the state.

Our zhlub of a gov, Christie, made some effort to reorganize the state's unelected soviet panel of enforcers (called "COAH"), but the court beat him back.

Voted about 10 AM. No lines, but it was busy with people going in and out. Pollworker said the lines were 6 deep earlier this morning for each machine(2)

My polling place was busy at 7:45 am, about 80% older white women voting, not many white men at all. My sense is they were mostly current or retired government and/or union hirelings. No way is Romney going to win here. Chris Christie did narrowly win my area years ago, but the female turnout was nothing like it was today. The government check cashers outnumbered the government check writers today.

Good volumes at 7am today, despite the fact that many of us still have no power.

My polling place had two machines. One was not working. I asked a poll worker why. She told me it was only allowing votes for one presidential candidate, so they had to shut it down because they could not fix it on site. She would not say which candidate it was programmed in favor of.

So the line length could be partially attributable to the compromised machine creating a longer wait.

Hard to say what the likely mix of votes was - this is an area that is generally about 53/47 GOP/Dem.

It was also hard-hit by Sandy.

NWNJ....was out at 5:30 this AM getting coffee and a snack...poll opened at 6am, voting was interesting, had a pretty good crowd 120 or so, considering the cool weather and hour...automatic Odungo voters 2.

While I live in a heavily Republican municipality in a heavily GOP county here in NJ, the lines were much longer than usual. Looked like Romney voters to me.
