Senator Says Sexcapade in Dominican Republic Legal
Semi-News/Semi-Satire ^ | 3 Nov 2012 | John Semmens

Posted on 11/04/2012 11:04:19 AM PST by John Semmens

Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) rebuffed allegations of impropriety surrounding reports that he paid two Dominican prostitutes for sex during a visit to the island nation earlier this year.

“First of all, prostitution is completely legal in the Dominican Republic,” Menendez asserted. “Why should I be lambasted for engaging in a legitimate business transaction?”

As for allegations that he short-changed the women for services rendered, the Senator snorted, “get real. I might pay $500 in New Jersey, but that’s not a fair price in the Dominican Republic. When you adjust for the lower standard of living there and the fact that prostitution is not illegal I think everyone would have to agree that the $100 I gave each of them was very generous.”

The Senator sought to differentiate his situation from that of a prostitution scandal involving the President’s Secret Service in Colombia earlier this year. “The situations are not the same,” he insisted. “They worked for the President. Their actions reflected badly on their boss. They deserved to be fired. I’m a senator. I have no boss. So, there’s no one who can fire me.”

Menendez expressed confidence that “this attempt by right-wingers to discredit my choice of recreational activities abroad won’t derail my reelection bid. The voters of New Jersey know me. They know I’m the one who can best represent their values in Washington.”

i know this is sarcasm but it could be a credable defense from a libtard perspective (unless male prostituts get paid more. if so sandra fluke need to get involved with equal pay for equal work).

He’s right! He has no boss. The voters of NJ are as clueless as he is politically. Still one must sympathize with their hurrican woes which will continue for months, even years.

Dems, Libs, Leftists, call ‘em what you will this is exactly how they think. Another good one John. You nail HOW they think every time. I watch for that when I read your work, and am never disappointed.

The term “legal” has apparently replaced the concept of ‘right’ in our society. Just look to our thoroughly corrupt politicians for examples!

Are the man made laws replacing all of our morals?

Just because something is legal, it does not make it right or ethical.

Guys like this clown are the level to which that party has sunk.

Isn’t it illegal for a Senator to accept such expensive gifts as the use of a private plane and an island estate from a campaign donor?

Word is the underaged latinas are not complaining about being shortchanged by the cheap Senator.

Seems they just got examined as part of the job-—and find that after they lubed the Senator, they each got a bad case of STD........ in their nostrils.

Now DR prosties are warning others about Menendez—calling him the Jersey Devil.

These people are trying to normalize evil for the children.

These Godless people, like the SA Brownshirts did when they sodomized the Hitler Youth, condition our children to think evil is normal and good-— “discrimination” is “evil” so that no one will be able to decide between Good and Evil as adults.

Evil behavior becomes normalized and the “Good” German will not condemn extreme evil on the streets, as they watch the Jews scrubbing sidewalks with toothbrushes and their businesses being ransacked and closed. Herd instinct prevails and they are afraid to speak the Truth since Truth is taught to be evil in Satanic societies.

Ideology matters. Ideas matter. They are flipping Good and Evil. It is now Evil to “judge” Right from Wrong.

This “situational ethics” has been drilled into children since 1970-—to destroy Christianity-—destroy Judeo-Christian Ethics which was so prevalent in Law and our Justice system until the progressives kicked out Reason and Logic and Natural Law (basis of our Constitution).

There is no “Justice” when there is no morality. Justice is a Virtue. There are no “sane” laws with no Absolute-—no Right and Wrong. “Just” societies have to promote Virtue in all their “legal” laws—otherwise, they are unjust law.
