To our posterity - TOM HOEFLING
Tom Hoefling for President 2012 ^ | November 4, 2012 | Tom Hoefling

Posted on 11/04/2012 9:10:37 AM PST by EternalVigilance

This is a blood-bought land
We are a blood-bought people
The LORD purchased our souls
Patriots gave us a nation
Bold, courageous
Declaring self-evident truth
They fought, they died
For those they loved
With unborn millions not forgotten
They accepted and paid the purchase price
So that you and I could be free
Oh, what a supreme shame it would be
To fail to pass along this precious gift
To our posterity

Good job. We save the nation one mind at a time.

Yep. It’s all about the individual.

Another of the great messages I received this past week was from a lady named Mary. She’s 51 years old and had never voted in her life until she cast her ballot for me.

Vote Romney and vote all conservatives for congress. No time to let Obama win.

If she lives in a swing state, you have just helped Obama.

I hope you're proud.

Nah. She wouldn’t have voted for the first time for Romney if you put a gun to her head.

Wouldn’t the vote have been better spent in opposition to Obama?

You know, out in the real world where we have a choice to make?

First point:

There isn’t a ballot in the country that gives you a spot to vote against anyone. That means that your choices are to either vote FOR someone, or not to vote. This is a simple statement of fact.

Point two:

Neither Mitt Romney, nor any other candidate, nor any political party, are entitled to anyone’s vote.

Point three:

The only vote any one of us control is our own. And we are accountable only to God for how we expend it.

First point FAIL:

Not so.

If both Obama and "Not Obama" are collecting votes, then
a vote for "Not Obama" helps to defeat Obama. This isn't hard.

If your vanity "send a message" campaign drains votes from
"Not Obama" then what have you accomplished?

You have enabled Obama.

Oh goody.

You are not voting for anyone who will be POTUS next year. You are voting present and there is really nothing special about it. In fact, to cut and run in these historic times is pathetic.

Your vanity campaign is nothing but a sick hobby and the results show it. Nobody cares.

Your brutal post illustrates the depths to which Romney Republicanism leads.

In any case, some care. They’re quite pleased to actually have someone who represents them, someone who is actually a conservative, to vote for.

They’re quite pleased to actually have someone who represents them, someone who CANNOT WIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Then they are morons.

Draining votes from Obama's opposition helps nothing.

Except Obama.

Draining votes from Obama's opposition helps nothing.

Your misplaced sense of entitlement to other people's sacred franchise, and your arrogant belief that you have a right to demand that others violate their conscience, is duly noted.

Your logic assumes the vote is Romney's to lose... That if Tom were not running, his voters would choose Romney instead.

I can speak to that personally. There is NO WAY AT ALL that I would EVER vote for that baby-butchering, gun-grabbing SOB. End of story.

Voting for a liberal to defeat a liberal is what defines 'moronic'. Liberalism will no doubt move forward. It is idiocy to assume otherwise.

And I will GLADLY vote for Tom Hoefling even if I am the only guy in MT to do so.

The Father commands us to do what is RIGHT, not to follow the crowd. And so does Conservative principle.

Tom, I'm writing in your name on my ballot. If the powers that be choose to not count it, that's their business.

My hat is off to you. Despite difficult circumstances, you have run a principled campaign and there are many, many people whose spirits have been lifted by your personal courage and dignity. Win or lose, you are a shining example of the better side of whatever democracy we still enjoy. If this country someday returns to sanity, it will be because of leaders like you. Thanks for everything that you've done.

I firmly believe that God shall have a hand in ths election and that His will shall soon be revealed. I will pray for the wisdom, strength and faith to accept God's will with whatever gratitude I can muster. Praise God.

And, I will know that I have not wasted my vote this year. Thanks again.

Thank you.

I read your posts aloud in the national Town Hall meeting a little while ago. I got a little choked up when I did so.

God bless you both.

Eternal Vigilance/Tom Hoefling:

Still proud to vote for Tom Hoefling on 11/6. I despise Obozo. I feel very much the same as to Romney. After I vote for Tom Hoefling, I won't need a hot shower immediately like I would by voting for either major party candidate. If anyone does not like it, too bad. My vote is my vote and Tom, you have had that vote ever since the moderate mushballs bought the GOP nomination. I argued with you as because I supported McCain back in 2008. You were right then. I was wrong. Of course, you are right now.

I apparently have to write you in. Who is your running mate and what is the running mate's name as an approved write-in??? Voting for you will be the best vote I have cast in quite a while. God bless you and yours and each voter who votes for you.
