Nothing they do will be reported by the the compliant and fawning ministry of propaganda. Like frogs in a pot of water on a stove, the majority of people won't realize what's going on until it's too late. And it will be implemented gradually, in stages, so when one group is attacked by the government, everyone else will just think, "this doesn't effect me..."
