The preponderance of Benghazi evidence conclusively shows that Obama is a Coward. As a coward, Obama is unfit to be the Commander in Chief of the US Military.
His strategic retreat to Las Vegas, Nevada the day after he authorized that 4 Americans were to be left behind to die, has brought indelible shame to his office, and the Democrat Party.

Yes, you’re right, my bad, my point was that the Court was forced to resolve the issue through the court case, Bush v Gore, which stopped the selective recounts going on in Florida - because Al Gore refused to concede and kept using the Florida Supreme Court to allow continual searches for votes in counties favorable to him.
All because Gore wanted the power and the country be damned - that was my point.
