Newsweek magazine announced today that it will cease publication at the end of the year.
The magazine, published since 1933, has experienced a sharp decline in readership - roughly proportionate to its increasingly hard left editorial bent. There is no word how this move will affect Newsweek's roughly 225 subscribers.
One positive aspect of the move is that President Obama and first lady Michelle will now have more free time, thanks to not having to pose for monthly Newsweek cover story photos.

No it’s not.. Newsweak’s print edition is done. ‘Going digital’ is their way of saying ‘we suck for having shilled for 0bama the past four years’. Even Newsweak has a cover-up for their own misguided mission.
Yep, Newsweek has been the satire of a serious news magizine for at least 30 years.
I said ‘satire,’ because I didn’t want you to think Michelle’s rear is truly that large.

Sad thing is, there was a time when journalism was actually good. They told you the facts as they knew them.

At least there will be time for one last go at their annual "Christianity is wrong" issue near Christmas. I'd have to bet this year it will be that Jesus Christ was pro gay marriage.

Because I had a wise conservative tell me when I was in high school (the 60s) that “you can’t even believe the page numbers in Time and Newsweek”
What a shame. Newsweek provided some of the best wipes I have ever had.

I used to write rebuttals around the edge of the pages.
My Dr. quit carrying Newsweak and Time a couple years ago..Dr. is a Vegan, but lots of gun and hunting mags now

HA! That’s about right. But, when we’re sitting in the waiting room, it’s hard to not pick up something to read, even garbage!
