I am disappointed as well - but - not surprised. Sadly, the vast majority of African-Americans put what they erroneously believe to be their own personal interests - before- obedience to the God who they profess to worship and serve.
It is a simple, quantifiable and diminutive price. For many it is a matter of blindly following a cult that takes precedence over eternity.
