If all of these people are secret Jews wouldn’t that indicate that Jews have been in that area for a long time, perhaps before the Muslim and arabs? Certainly in Jerusalem

It’s called labeling. It is done by various means to discredit or in the case of the radical Muslim world, to cause enough outrage and hate that the people act on it.
This isn’t really any different than what happens here in the US, other than it usually doesn’t come to violence.
But in the relatively uneducated Islamic world operates on pure emotion + what their “leaders” tell them. So when the religious leadership is ready for a change, they label those they want out of office and the people take care of the rest...

Notice how similar these tactics are to what the Libs do here in the US. They identify an enemy — Jews in the case of these Islamic zealots and “extreme Conservatives” and “religious Christians” in the case of Libs — and turn EVERYONE who they disagree with or who is in their way into the enemy no matter how silly the characterization seems on its face. The enemy has to be a Jew because Jews are the enemy. Similary, the enemy in the US has to be an evil Conservative or Christian zealot because that is who the enemy is in the US. Its how totalitarians operate.
And we have problems with Islamophobia? Liberals love attention of any kind from any one, don’t they?
How is it so different from those closer to home who ‘reveal’ that everyone from Gus Hall to the Rockefellers to Sarah Palin and Pope John Paul II is actually Jewish?
