Barack Obama's war on America's fresh water supply: China is buying up Lake Michigan!

Barack Obama is keeping his promise to lower the sea levels, and he’s starting with the drought plagued Midwest where Lake Michigan water is being shipped by the boat loads over to China!

By using a little known loophole in the 2006 Great Lakes Compact, Obama minions are allowing Nestle Company to export precious fresh water out of Lake Michigan to the tune of an estimated $500,000 million to $1.8 million per day profit.

By draining the precious jewel of the Great Lakes in the middle of America, our federal water managers are allowing the export of our water out of our country across thousands of miles of oceans into the Asian basin plagued by huge population centers who are suffering from their constant lack of fresh water. How’s that for cutting America down to size?

The water is being sold at a “240 times markup,” that is, well over 240 times its production costs. (2) In 2006, then President George W. Bush signed into law a...

And in return the lakes get filled with Zebra Mussels and Asian Carp!

Have the ChiComs saw a piece of Antarctica off and fill their tanks that way!

If they weren’t so busy dumping anything and everything into their water supply, they would have plenty of fresh water.

This is interesting, How come the Chinese don’t do the same thing with water from the Panama Canal? It would be easy to pump their tanks full as they transit it.

I’m glad someone is paying attention. Here in the great lake states we’ve been screaming bloody murder about what’s been going on with the attempts to seize control of the water and the power centralized in Chicago.

Well, maybe you can. In fact I think someone took a kernel of fact somewhere and grew a giant beanstalk out of it. Just for openers, Canada shares authority over Great Lakes water and this kind of scheme would require their aapproval as well as all the GL states.

Hopefully Barry is sending China water collected from the mouth of the Milwaukee River where every time it rains the sewer overflow from the Metro Milwaukee Area is dumped into Lake Michigan. And it is Democrats who set up this lousy sewage system.

“By draining the precious jewel of the Great Lakes in the middle of America, our federal water managers are allowing the export of our water out...”

This is nonsense unless there is not enough water to run Niagara Falls and the hydroelectric plant below it.

The problem is not that someone is using a provision in the rules to make a profit, the problem is how the rules prohibit so many profit-making business opportunities with water that would otherwise just run out to the ocean.

I don't know about the technology, but I know that if you put the government in charge of the Sahara desert, we'd have a sand shortage in a few years.

Obama has solidified Chicago control over the great lakes in Chicago with the appointment of Cameron Davis as great lakes czar. Davis is also head of the alliance for the great lakes who is happily tearing out dams across the region and forever removing them from ever producing power again.

Its interesting to note that Illinois has the tiniest stake in great lakes affairs but has the greatest control.
