Palin is one of the most popular figures in the country among conservatives, and she is very open about her support for Israel and for Jewish Americans and Israelis. She often wears a Star of David or an Israeli flag. That has been part of her life for many years, with the Israeli flag (last picture) in her office well before she became a national figure.

In more general terms, this comment from the Democrats is a lie, and it's a stupid one to bring up given that it draws attention to the disgusting behavior of DNC delegates yesterday. The DNC is about 50% anti-Semitic bigots who booed the idea of having even one mention of God or of Israel in the Party Platform. I think this comment was intended to deflect attention from their open bigotry, but it will almost certainly fail. Conservatives, and especially Christian conservatives, are pro-Israel, pro-Jew, and pro- freedom. We are not the ones who trample the religious rights of our fellow Americans - that is Obama and his people.

Not all Jews, but if I read about the passing of a certian specific individual, it would not cause me any grief. I won't mention any names but his initials are Mark Alan Siegel.

Unfortunately, there _are_ followers of the religion of Christianisty who are against: the people of Israel, the nation of Israel, Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob/Israel. Some believe that YHWH is against the people living in Israel and the “Jews”.

Plenty think USA is the new Israel and that gentiles have _replaced_ His Israel with _New_ words, contradicting His _Old_ words. ...not content to be grafted into His kingdom, full heirs according to His instruction, they hear a voice of their own choosing.
