In fact he does - have a half-brother in Kenya that is. And it is George! And if you look closely you can even see the family resemblance.
Apparently George has fallen on hard times and his son (Big Guy’s nephew) needed surgery that George couldn’t afford. So he did what any father would do, he reached out to the only brother he knew that would help him: Dinesh D’Souza. I guess he tried to call Big Guy, butt he was unavailable, uninterested or just disinclined to pitch in.
Just like Hillary when BO called on her to help out.
Vice President? Yeah, no. Thanks for asking, butt I have to stay home and wash my hair.
Oh well, at least our negotiations with Hill landed us an endorsement and speech from Big Dawg at the convention...

the typo made me think “obama birther” instead of brother.
He didn't mean it literally. He meant that anyone with a job has to pay taxes to support illegals and other freeloaders. Besides, in the Bible, God asks Cain where his brother, Abel, (whom He knows Cain has murdered) is, Cain replies, "Am I my brother's keeper?" to which God replied:

Geeze, the least he cudda done was give him a Medicaid card and a Section 8 housing apartment in Boston, so he could be near his Uncle Omar and Aunt Zetuni. That and an EBT card. What is he, some kinda cheapskate.

The guy was (reportedly) “living” on $4-5/mo; he’s in “hard times” now? Geeez.
How much can surgery in that sh*thole Africa jungle cost, anyway? 2-3 shrunken heads? Some glass beads? A zebra skin?
The anecdotes about Mitt Romney’s personal generosity to strangers and aquaintances, which he has never publicized, and many of which were performed before he ever ran for public office, are manifold. He is *clearly* a very generous person, as is his wife. He keeps his light under a basket.
Perhaps it’s a matter of principle with him - it’s the Kenyan government’s responsibility to create a national healthcare system.
OTOH, it’s a much stronger principle for him that the US should open its borders to all, and the US taxpayers should provide for all immigrants’ needs. George’s mother is in Atlanta, what about family reunification?
OTOOH, it’s an election year, and who needs a black sheep then?
