Using that sign about Kenya being his birthplace is not at all truthful. That sign is a photoshop and does not exist in reality. That existence of that sign was debunked many months ago. The actual sign doesn't say that at all.
There are plenty enough bad things we can say about Obama without using made up sh*t. Also, humor works better than deadly serious for getting and maintaining an audience.
