If you go by Boston Mayor Thomas Menino’s inane logic, Tim Tebow and Tom Brady should not be allowed in the NFL, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Frank Sinatra should have never been allowed to perform in concert, and every movie Clint Eastwood and Kurt Russell appeared in should have been banned by theaters across the United States.
Threatening people, their very Constitutional rights, simply because you disagree with them…ie, gay marriage...is nothing short of fascism. Liberals are neither tolerant nor objective; they are hate filled radicals who will stop at nothing to undermine every single value America was predicated upon. The reason liberals despise conservatives, America, is because they are most synonymous with our forefather’s Constitutional ideals.
Sorry, but true Christians should never abandon their values, regardless of era or public opinion. I do not, and will not, ever subscribe to culture relativism. Right and wrong – morality – is immune to time, place or personal preference. In other words, if you want to erect a lazy, irreverent, violent, immoral, secular society, go hijack someone else with your cellophane ideology. After all, if you're going to publicly support Islamic businesses who actually support torturing and stoning gays to death, even women and children, what better way to muffle the screams of hypocrisy! It's not like we live in America, right?
It is utterly ridiculous, insulting, that an elected politician would threaten an individual or a business – violate their Constitutional rights – because he or she did not agree with their opinion. Likewise, when was gay marriage ever synonymous with Judeo-Christian values, the basis for the founding of America? Unless I stand corrected, Obama himself, the radical left’s messiah, ran on an anti-gay marriage platform in 2008. Yet, these same hypocrites…like Thomas Menino and Chicago Overlord Emanuel Rahm…somehow still found it in their hearts to vote for a man who supported a position that is now supposedly so offensive.
If a private citizen voices their opposition to a business or an opinion, that’s one thing, but when an elected official violates a business’ Constitutional right to speak its mind, to make a living without undue prejudice, that’s entirely unacceptable and a true example of discrimination. I have no ill will towards gays; I simply choose to honor the sanctity of marriage. And yet it is radical progressives, guided by their compassionate and altruistic creed, who will conspire to strip of us of our rights and even threaten us with death itself. Now who’s the barbarian?
This war against everything America stands for – free enterprise, faith, accountability, community – will not cease until we stand up for what is right; for the ideals that made this country a beacon of hope and strength across the globe. If you love life, family, freedom, and a morally conscientious nation, stand beside Chick-fil-A and let it be known that your values, your children’s future, the nation you swore to defend, are non-negotiable!

By Mumbles’ dumb letter to Chik-Fil-A’s CEO that states that a homosexual life is what Boston stands for, Mumbles (and Rohm) has just said their is no reason for the Kennedys and the Cathloc church to have any interest in Boston/Chicago.

I won’t argue with you there. However, the clientelle of CFA here in Georgia aren’t mainly Hollywood, mainstream media or sheep. I say, let the Dems piss off southern and reasonable Christian people everywhere who value good value, a great product, and principled management by attacking a reputable company. At least once almost every week, I drive 17 miles and back on my lunch hour to pick up Chick-fil-A for lunch. They were unusually busy today. I think they are getting alot of free advertising out of this :)
