(end snip)If you research ‘suicides in the military’ between 2006-2008, you will find that over the last few years, the anti-war media and leftist democrats harped on those reports for quite awhile and used them to drum up opposition to the war. Hasan helped to prepare those reports for Congress. If you will also recall, in a tape from Al Qaeda during that time, OBL made mention of our soldiers ‘committing suicides in mass’. The media and far left wing groups also love to quote Col. Elspeth Ritchie, M.D., M.P.H.,because in 2008 she told a reporter that our mentally ill soldiers with PTSD were being sent back to the battlefields because we didn’t have enough troops. The left wing media and the anti-war democrats seized on her words at the time and used them for political purposes. She was quoted on many, many anti-war sites as the new darling of the anti-war radicals. You put up an outstanding link about Rosa Brooks, Obama’s stoolie at the Pentagon on the thread linked below. I’d bet she’s somehow involved in the filtering and spin machine of the Haman story coming out of DOD. And she is in close contact with the Obama administration in reporting to them.

Her mother is also a well known, self avowed socialist, writer,islamist apologist,anti-war nutter, anti-capitalist, and Bush basher. Her father is a psychologist. I am not accusing these people of being in cohoots with Hasan...but of having possible connections with him and knowing of his anti-war and anti-american views. They knew and kept him on anyway, because he fit Obama’s anti-american,anti-war, ‘we love muslims’ template. He was a good fit and a good source for anti-war propaganda for the progressives for years. Someone high up knew immediately who this guy was when he went off last week. They knew before Obama even gave his creepy ‘shout-out’ speech and worried about ‘distancing Obama from any blow-back when the connections came to light. It’s pretty sad and frightening, when a president of the United States, has to be officially ‘distanced’ from he and his party’s connections to an Islamist terrorist that just committed jihad on American soil and murdered U.S soldiers and citizens in cold blood!
