Even if Barry is re elected there is an excellent chance the Republicans will take the Senate. Their first order of business would be to schedule a vote on the treaty.

If Barry is re elected there will be no need for a Senate. They will be in recession when Obama says they are.

And the second order of business just went from closing the EPA to the impeachment of Mr. Soetero.

I wish that I could believe that that would make a difference, but there is nothing in the last 20 years that sticks out as a guide post of what the republicans have accomplished to stand for the Constitution. Other than placating an apathetic constituency.

Giving themselves automatic pay raises, throwing some "bridge to nowhere" dumbass project by way of capitulation for some other dumbass project.
