The question raised by the article was who filled it in by hand. The hand drawn from a template is a way to prevent someone from determining which typewriter was used to create the forged birth certificate and then doing some research and proving it was a fake.

Is there a typewriter expert on Free Republic who can identify the typeface and look for abnormalities?

I'm guessing the forgery was done outside the United States(China maybe?) so there is no law enforcement jurisdiction and nobody to subpoena and force to testify under oath in U.S. Courts.

According to a recent report, the forgery was done on the South Side of Chicago by a member of Obama’s campaign staff, in concert with a Kinko’s employee, although I think that may have been referring to the original forged COLB, not the forged long form.

That’s the question of the day isn’t it-Who’s pulling the strings. Even Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse walks a very thin line-They don’t accuse Obama of anything, and even Mike Zullo gave Alvin Onaka an out during the recent flack about that watered down “Verification”, by stating there are many of his signature stamps floating around at the HDOH. Isn’t it a little late in the game for people to claim they didn’t know?
