One of the blogs I read compared the voice of one of Kimberlin's close associates with the voice on the 911 tape that resulted in the SWAT team arriving at blogger Patterico's house. To the lay person it sounds like the same voice, but I wonder if any real analysis has been done. How does Kimberlin get away with all this?

" I think it was Patrick Frey, when he could get law enforcement to do a voice analysis, he got his own expert that said it was the same voice.
