After downloading the file from whitehouse.gov and importing it into Adobe Illustrator, one need only to release the clipping mask in order to see two pieces of vital statistics coding not present on the original Ms. Guthrie photographed. A clipping mask that hides information is in and of itself a clear sign of document tampering, but we'll save that for another day.
Since it is impossible to scan a document and have additional information show up on the computer file that was not on the original, one must conclude that the electronic file Obama released has been tampered with and that the computer file might be the parent of the certified paper copy instead of the other way around. It also opens the possibility that yet another electronic file constructed on computer is the parent of both the certified copy Ms. Guthrie photographed and the electronic file posted on whitehouse.gov. Regardless of the exact cause of this anomaly, one this is for certain: The certified copy of Obama's birth certificate photographed by Ms. Guthrie cannot be the parent of the electronic scan posted for download at whitehouse.gov.

Downloading that PDF from the dark lords site and opening it in Adobe Illustrator reveals MULTIPLE layers caused by extensive editing.
If you ever loaded an image into even something as simple as MS Paint and look at a signature you will see the center of the pen/pencil line will be very dark and as you move towards the edges of the line the pixels get progressively lighter.
In one of the edit layers, again from HIS document, reveals a SOLID BLACK line with no graying of the pixels as you look to the edges of the line. IT IS A FAKE AND A VERY POOR FAKE to boot. It takes some time to feather the edges of a signature by manually changing the pixels to a lessor density. BO’s propaganda team were just damned lazy.
Each layer shows different areas of the document being edited. If the political scum had just scanned the BC it would have been ONE layer in the file. I counted more than 20 layers. I guess it is one other skill you don’t have to have to be a community organizer.
What’s weird is that the layers were never flattened before the PDF was made.
No one who manipulates images with Photoshop doesn’t know this.

Without having any knowledge of the situation, that image looks strange. My B.C. copy fills up the whole page, and who has a copy of their B.C. that doesn’t? Is that normal?

Adobe Acrobat creates layers when you make a PDF from a scanned image. It is trying to separate the text from the background to optimize for character recognition.
The BC does fill the original oage, but it was copied onto the larger green paper. You can see the original outline of cert.
The certificate was in a binder, so when they put it on scanner the left side is bent upward toward the binding. Imagine opening a book and placing it on a Xerox machine. The middle will appear to curve away.

Hmm. My common sense is telling me only one thing for certain: Obama LIES.
If you can show Obama actually claiming to be born in Kenya, it would be a great scandal, and show him to be a liar. He may have lied in his college records, which is why he is hiding them. But unfortunately, so far no one has caught him directly in that lie. It would be more productive to pursue that angle than the ridiculous birth certificate forgery angle which just makes conservatives look like kooks.

Why wouldn’t father’s race be Negro, which is correct. “African” sounds like modern political correctness. They were politically-correct in 1961? Don’t think so.
Obama has problems vis-a-vis eligibility for office, that much is clear from all the sealed records and subterfuge. But, look who's been feeding all the uproar over the birth certificate, the White House itself. "Ooh, look over here!"

A certificate has been shown, witnessed by the Hawaii Director of Health, certified by the state registrar in cooperation with the governor, and attorney general of Hawaii. So if you believe that it is a forgery, you need to believe that there is a massive conspiracy that include several of the top elected officials in Hawaii.

My side. Two eyewitnesses say the notation was “handwritten”. That is a quote. What was released is not “handwritten”. You cannot honestly say you see nothing amiss w the document released bearing no resemblance to the only two certain eyewitness accounts that exist of it.
And no, it’s not even remotely credible that Evans was simply confused. You have to be a moron and/or an Obot to believe that is the true and honest explanation for what happened.
It’s a real PDF. Not fake at all. Just as the earlier JPEG files were real, not fake at all.
As to whether the content is an accurate representation, that remains to be seen. I suspect it’s nowhere near being an actionable misrepresentation. A factually correct composite created to avoid highlighting some other event that would raise questions is about as far as I’d be willing to go. They’re liars and they’re concealing something, but they’re not stupid and they’re not willing to put themselves in personal legal jeopardy.

Here’s the thing, you don’t need advanced knowledge of imaging to understand how acrobat creates layers. So when someone who claims they have advanced expertise doesn’t understand the basics, it makes me doubt their credibility.

For some reason I never had my birth certificate, so when time for Social Security came I had to send to the State where I was born and ask for it. I could tell it was a card filled out mostly in my mothers writing, then there was some typed in things, and a doctors signature. This ORIGINAL card was then copied onto that same type of green paper as Obama's.
When my grandchildren were born I filled out all the paper work, but when the Certified Copy came it was all typed up and it filled out the whole page. It was no longer in my orginal writing. Their's is on a pale blue basquet weave paper.
