Anybody else find it convenient that the day after Obama comes out for gay marriage The Washington Post runs a story about Romney supposedly attacking a gay kid in high school?
TOPICS: Politics
KEYWORDS: antigay; gaymarriage; mediawingofthednc; partisanmediashills; romney; washingtonpost
To: DK Ramakers
I don’t think it would ever occur to anyone that this wasn’t totally and completed pre-planned months or weeks in advance.

This is totally fake. Never happened.
To: DK Ramakers
Of course this was ALL planned. Both the announcement of support AND the Romney hit comes too late to influence the GOP primary, but too early to play a big role in swinging independents one way or the other in the general ... but perfectly timed to get the gay community on board and very happy to the point where they’ll flood the Obama Campaign with money. Particularly at that big West Coast gay community fundraiser Obama has coming up.
And when the initial reaction to the story wears off and people start noticing all the timing coincidences? Well, Obama just blames his gaffetastic VP for pushing him into an early release ...
To: DK Ramakers
It is the kind of violent bullying attack that should have been revealed years ago.

Hannity did a good presentation on his show tonight about this sham. A pure hit piece, planned and waiting. This is what Obama is going to spend his campaign dollars on. Nothing but smear, red herrings, lies, deceit, and personal attacks. He has nothing because he is nothing to America, except an enemy and destroyer. Long story short.
President Salinsky.

Oh of course, and while it may indeed be true, the point is that you KNOW they have a mountain of these to be released between now and November.
The ppl running the GOP are the epitome of incompetence.
Amazes me how a few FReepers latch onto these slime liberal tactics and jump on the liberal bandwagon.... So pathetic... Same thing as 4 years ago, except now, the stakes are much higher...
Anyone jumping on the "bullying a gay kid 50 years ago" is pathetic..

I do find it contrived and Romney a fool for apologizing for a high school prank.I thought Romney handled it perfectly. He didn't whine about it, instead taking a self-deprecating tone when addressing his High School years and instantly deflating the MSM.
These little dust ups will be commonplace, since our Dear Leader has nothing else to run on.

If the GOPe takes Ole Backstabber, then

when Team Romney THREW the election to Obama

Romney’s treatment of Palin would mean more, if she hadn’t stood down.
It’s time to get over that.
Lobby Romney to select her as VP. That would be productive.

This is pure collusion between the Washington Compost and the Obama campaign.
The most corrupt of the corrupt in DC is without doubt this maggot-infested "newspaper".

At his age I was an anti-bully force, to have come on to a scene like that would have required action from me, I would have introduced Romney to a conservative sheepdog type.

It’s stage managed. The lib media and the White House collude of course, save this stuff up ,then time the release for maximum effect. Incidentally, they’re trying to give people the impression that Romney committed a “homophobic” act. If you read carefully, the “victim” came out as gay “years” later.
To: DK Ramakers
that was the first thing that came to mind when i heard this half century old news. there are no coincidences.

Romney's not my man(Gingrich, yeah I know!!, ugh!) I don't trust him because of all his flip flopping. But he is the last man standing that has a chance to take out obama.
Hope he toughens up enough to take on the avalanche of teeth coming for him.

So true.
They took out Herman Cain, Gingrich shot himself in the foot, Santorum bowed out because of family issues and Ron Paul, well is Ron Paul.
So now we have Mitt.
Can't attack on his past policies b/c his and Obama's are too much alike. Can't take him on flip flopping b/c both have done that and Obama can't brag about the economy.
Democrats have to dig/manufacture dirt on 50 year old pranks and exaggerate it into an Central Park "wilding"
Fortunately, nobody but a few Democrats and whiny weak kneed Republicans are buying into it. And they're not going to vote GOP anyway.
