The attorney for Trayvon Martin's family says George Zimmerman should be back in jail because he failed to tell a judge he had $204,000 during a recent bond hearing.
"They tried to portray themselves as indigent that they did not have any money," said Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump. "We think the court should revoke his bond immediately, and he should be held accountable for misleading the court."

Crump said Zimmerman's failure to reveal that he had the money shows that he is being dishonest.
"If his testimony at the bond hearing is any indication of what is to come, then the lying has already begun," Crump said....

Ben Crump and Daryl Parks may end up getting disbarred if their case against Zimmerman proven to be no merit after all the trouble they have caused...

They keep talking about the Martin family. Was it a family?
To me a family is people all living in the same home.Trayvon was visiting with his father who was living with his girlfriend. Sounds like a broken family that came together to see if they could make a few bucks off the death of their son.

Let’s say you’re right. Does that make them any less residents of that neighborhood? Was Trayvon Martin a resident there? Or was he a proto-criminal 17 year old suspended down in Miami for drug paraphanalia, possibly striking a bus driver and possessing stolen goods and burglar tools?
Even a fair-minded jury (if possible to assemble)would be afraid to find Z not guilty.
911 did NOT tell Z to “stand down”.

No, not at all, but it was important for his bail hearing that he didn't own the home. And it's good for us to be precise here, as I think you would agree.
I'm a big supporter of George's. Some of that $204,000 came from me. I surely do hope he has a very good explanation to the judge this morning, or it could cost him big time, both in court and in the court of public opinion. In my opinion, his biggest asset was his honesty, and withholding this huge asset from the court was a big mistake. Apparently, his brother, who didn't testify at the bail hearing, was the keeper of the Paypal account. Maybe most of the money came in while George was in jail, and he truly didn't know how much was there, but it surely doesn't look good.

That money was for legal defense, not bail. Mr. Crump would’ve been the first one howling about fraud if Mr. Zimmerman had used a portion of that to post bond. And some (not much, I’m flat on my back) of that money came from me.
It is one thing to stand down if you are not threatened, but Martin attacked him—then you have no choice. If Martin managed to get his gun, he probably would have killed him, and then you would never have heard about this in the media.
If you don't understand the story, why opine as to Mr. Zimmerman's guilt or innocence? My guess is that you have become stupid from watching the MSM.

Did O’Mara leak the story about the money? If so, it might be nothing more than a trap for Crump. If Zimmerman didn’t know about the money at his bond hearing, then he’s in the clear. O’Mara might have just leaked the story knowing the despicable Crump would start spewing off at the mouth- and end up looking ridiculous.
Are you trying to imply that run-of-the-mill attorney Mr. O’Mara is smarter than Ben “The next Johnny Cochran” Crump?
