"Some of the President’s initiatives involve aggressive assertions of executive authority, many of which are likely to be challenged in court."

I would certainly hope so!

And a note to libs everywhere - anything and everything that Obama has gotten away with, the next Republican president will have the option to do the same.

Libs might want to remember this, because the rest of us certainly will. Make recess appointments when Congress is NOT in recess? You loved it when Obama did it - I bet you will REALLY love it when a Republican President does it!

Put taxpayer money in a slush fund and use it for whatever he wants? Wait until a Republican president uses a slush fund of your money to support limitations on abortion, or building serious fences along our borders, or kicking illegal aliens out of the country.

The next Republican president is going to have a great time not being bound by those silly little congressional rules - and no lib anywhere will have a leg to stand on to complain.

Thanks to Obamacare, a Republican congress will be able to pass ANYTHING just by using the reconciliation rule, whether or not the issue ‘legally’ fits the definition. After all, legalities haven’t mattered to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, or Obama.

Payback is hell, and I will be the first person to put a bumper sticker on my car reading ‘WE WON. Get over it.’
