Romney’s been working non-stop for this gig for 6 years (at least). He’s ingratiated himself, campaigned for others, made promises and morphed into a “severe” conservative. The RNC could NOT in their lock-up mentality have told him NO Mitt, you don’t fit — look at the 2010 vote Mitt. So instead the Tea Party voters have been dismissed, absorbed and ignored. We are the ones that must again bend to the RNC and forget the nasty primary campaign Mitt just ran — which, incidentally, he still has not won.
