Mark Levin says that his jaw dropped when finding out that Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey left out vital evidence in her affidavit that favors Zimmerman’s side of the story, the photos of his bleeding head wounds. Corey clearly had access to all of the evidence as she pushed for a 2nd degree murder charge and still left it out. Looking at everything public to date, including Florida law, Levin says this doesn’t even come close to a 2nd degree murder case and that Angela Corey is a disgrace for pushing for it in her affidavit while leaving out vital evidence.

A 'favor' for Zimmerman would be something over and above what he legally deserves. The charges should never have been brought, a favor would be something like kissing him on the mouth for having removed yet another thuglet from the population.

Why not? It's true! And why are you defending black racism & hate crimes? Black racism & hate crimes, assults, burglary, rapes, murders, etc., are far more prevalent against white victims than white on black crimes.
Zimmerman's most heinous crime was SDWW -- Self Defense While White (or at least presumed to be white). According to the 911 transcripts Zimmerman was already retreating back to his vehicle when Martin stalked him, confronted him, and then proceeding to knock Zimmerman down, and bash his head into the cememt sidewalk. Zimmerman OUGHT to have the right to self defense when a 17 yr old black thug hoodlum, 6'3", 200 lbs, is trying to kill him.

That was judge who threw out the BC challenge to 0bummer because of a procedural matter by Taitz&Co attys.

I've been following the story pretty closely, but thanks for the update.
This is an example of how increasingly fed up some of us are at the actions of the thug-class.
I don’t speak for FR-CW, but I agree with yarddog, think he’s completely right:
Many (maybe most, certainly most hip/young) blacks know EXACTLY what happened and are HIGHLY pissed off at the very presumption of self-defense.
Just my opinion, but I hold it strongly.
‘Straight line’ highly suggestive of a sidewalk edge or similar hard surface/object.
Not middle class blacks. A fair percentage of underclass blacks have demonstrated over the years a hair-trigger tendency to commit violence against any who they deem have "disrespected" them, or even against random whites if the mood strikes them. Case in point for the latter, the "Knockout King" game.
Even some black judges think black people shouldn't be accountable for their crimes.

This was the result of a cursory search.
If Z-man is acquitted because of self-defense, there will be no civil action. If it falls under Florida’s Stand Your Ground, the case should be thrown out before the trial begins.
I don't see or hear of white flash mob gangs forming and beating up individual blacks, but there were approx a dozen or perhaps more such incidents last year....at the WI state fair in Milwaukee, and in Philadelphia.
A 13 year old white boy is doused with gasoline by two black 16 yr old teens and set on fire.
The white female student body president of UNC is abducted and raped & killed by a black teen while begging & pleading for her life and even quoting scripture to him
An 85 yr old white women is raped & beaten to death by 3 black assailants and her husband beaten & shot in the face with a a BB gun.
And for a personal incident, some years ago while at a national junior AAU wrestling tourney in Ashland,OH and walking back to our host family on Friday evening, we were attacked by 5 black teens for the crime of walking by the McDonalds where they were hanging out. They ran up, surrounded us, and then one of them hit my friend square in the eye, and we took off running. Right after the black thug hit my friend in the eye, he squealed "Oooooo I hit him in the eye"! To this day, my friend has blurred vision in his right eye.
And look at the incidents of black kids on school buses beating up white students on the bus.
For every one white on black crime, there are 99 black on white crimes being committed.

So to answer your question, Yes, most blacks feel they have a right to attack & assult white people at any time, all in the name of paying back for slavery 160 yrs ago, or for racism (encouraged by the demoRAT party mind you) some 50-80 years ago.
Where is your proof to the contrary?
And if you are white, I challenge you to walk through any predominantly black neigborhood or community between 8 pm to midnight. You will be lucky if all end up with is a solitary punch or harassment. More likely you will get beaten, assulted, robbed and 50/50 odds or better of getting killed.
