Mark Levin livid over evidence not submitted with Zimmerman affidavit...
The Right Scoop ^ | April 21st, 2012

Posted on 04/21/2012 9:51:43 AM PDT by Hotlanta Mike

Mark Levin says that his jaw dropped when finding out that Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey left out vital evidence in her affidavit that favors Zimmerman’s side of the story, the photos of his bleeding head wounds. Corey clearly had access to all of the evidence as she pushed for a 2nd degree murder charge and still left it out. Looking at everything public to date, including Florida law, Levin says this doesn’t even come close to a 2nd degree murder case and that Angela Corey is a disgrace for pushing for it in her affidavit while leaving out vital evidence.

I think most Blacks know what happened even better than the general public.

What makes them mad is the victim fought back and did so successfully.

They really think they should be able to beat Whitey to death or at least to unconsciousness whenever the mood strikes them.

The Executive Branch is running the Judicial Branch now. Evidence isn’t required anymore. “Public opinion” developed by the little piggies in the state run MSM is what decides the verdict.

It all started when the DOJ dropped it’s case against the NBPP even after it won by default (defendant’s not showing up in court).

After all, it would be demeaning to Eric Holder’s people to hold them accountable for their actions.

PSSSSSTTTTT..Ms prosecuter Corey:

log onto the internet and do a simple google search and you will find that there are multiple outfits which, for about 20 bucks, will give you a complete criminal and financial history of anyone...even the poor wittle waif Travon Martin.

Travon's dimensions have never been published...but I would speculate that he was not some poor little skinny kid.

The NBP's, Rev Al et al, ain't going to like it when all the MSM will be forced to publish the facts. When that time comes, maybe Cris Matthews ,Rev Al, and the other MSNBC weasel's shows will be reduced to 100 viewers from the present 200 viewers.

Who can blame them?

Most middle class educated white males are indeed serious pu$$ies today....just look a them

last thing they want to do is offend a "colored" person or a homosexual...they won't even stand up to their women who are likely behind the wheel

black males know this...trust me...I have boots on the ground experience with this over the decades...they think whites are chumps and deserve it all....this is where they are brainwashed too

Corey was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where she attended Englewood High School. Corey is of Arabic (Syrian) descent.[3] After graduation, she majored in marketing at Florida State University before she decided to try a legal career. After receiving her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, she did legal research while preparing for the Florida bar examination, then spent 18 months defending medical malpractice lawsuits with Howell & Howell, PA.[4] She later became board certified in criminal trial law.[4]

Evidently Corey is getting sales marketing and criminal justice confused

I would love to be shown that it is wrong, and I do mean that, but from everything I have seen I stand by it.

I listened to the speech of Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey the other day.
Sixty seconds in I could tell that Zimmerman was toast.
She could not have displayed more prejudice as she thanked this person, that group and more.
The fact that she withheld evidence smacks of interfering with an investigation.
Corey is a criminal and should be jailed for fabricating a prejudicial case.

Reminds me of a student intern where I used to work. Long haired skateboard riding kid was waiting for the light rail train when he saw a group of black kids coming his way. He thought of getting out of their way but then, for PC’s sake, decided not to profile them and remain where he was. Well, they beat him up and took his skateboard.

I lectured him about this foolish behaviour, I hope it sunk in. Fortunately all he got was a black eye and some bruises. It could have been a lot worse.

If Angela Corey knew about the photograph and held back,
I am sure that a complaint will be filed against her.
And I hope she loses her license to practice, like Nifong.

Unfortunately, George Zimmermann will never get a fair trial. If he should be found “NOT GUILTY”, these “RACE PIMPS” and “RACE BAITERS” would creat such a riot that will force the state of FLA. or even this government to try him again and again, until they get a guilty verdict. “REMEMBER RODNEY KING”. When the police were found “NOT GUILTY”, the blacks rioted untill the federal government had another trial and found them guilty, of something.

On Greta's show last night, the lawyer from Florida said that it happens all the time. She also said that it shouldn't, but it does.

Greta's panel said the same thing, that exculpatory evidence should also have been included, but in never happens.

Not being a lawyer, I don't know whether lawyers and judges were tought to do so in school, but then somehow forgot or loosened the standards a bit over time.

Maybe this can be another point of outrage that also leads to better controls in the legal process?

This case is totally political. Zimmerman must and will be convicted as the blacks must be placated. The white governance does not have the strength to resist any black “demand.” The facts and the law mean nothing as all will be subordinate to the conviction. As the defense makes any move the prosecution will produce a witness to counter it. I have seen accident cases where the Plaintiff had no evidence yet appeared at trial with two witnesses who had allegedly stopped her on the street and said “Hey aren’t you the lady that fell on the bus?”

Angela Corey may have done Z-man a favor by making the charge impossible to prove. The evidence in Z-man’s favor will be a slam-dunk not guilty verdict.

If I were head of the Justice Department, I would have been taking names of all the race-baiters. These yahoos are infusing the black community with a false image of racial inequality for their own economic ambitions.

The best direction for the black community is to promote stable marriages for their future generations.

I saw it as she was giving it and I was aghast! It was hard to watch and to believe that this is was happening this way in the United States of America. She did her best to prejudice the case against George Zimmerman without a court or a jury. She would not allow a grand jury to make the decision..I knew in minutes why she made that decision.

Exactly what I was thinking. Indict at the level of public anger, let the jury hear the facts and then they take the rap for the verdict.

This is pandering at its finest.

A favor for Zimmerman? NO way. This was a favor for the Martin family, as an arrest and trial (regardless of result) opens the door for a civil suit.

A 'favor' for Zimmerman would be something over and above what he legally deserves. The charges should never have been brought, a favor would be something like kissing him on the mouth for having removed yet another thuglet from the population.

Is this an example of Free Republic conventional wisdom? I hope not.

Why not? It's true! And why are you defending black racism & hate crimes? Black racism & hate crimes, assults, burglary, rapes, murders, etc., are far more prevalent against white victims than white on black crimes.

Zimmerman's most heinous crime was SDWW -- Self Defense While White (or at least presumed to be white). According to the 911 transcripts Zimmerman was already retreating back to his vehicle when Martin stalked him, confronted him, and then proceeding to knock Zimmerman down, and bash his head into the cememt sidewalk. Zimmerman OUGHT to have the right to self defense when a 17 yr old black thug hoodlum, 6'3", 200 lbs, is trying to kill him.
