Mark Levin livid over evidence not submitted with Zimmerman affidavit...
The Right Scoop ^ | April 21st, 2012

Mark Levin says that his jaw dropped when finding out that Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey left out vital evidence in her affidavit that favors Zimmerman’s side of the story, the photos of his bleeding head wounds. Corey clearly had access to all of the evidence as she pushed for a 2nd degree murder charge and still left it out. Looking at everything public to date, including Florida law, Levin says this doesn’t even come close to a 2nd degree murder case and that Angela Corey is a disgrace for pushing for it in her affidavit while leaving out vital evidence.

Unfortunately, George Zimmermann will never get a fair trial. If he should be found “NOT GUILTY”, these “RACE PIMPS” and “RACE BAITERS” would creat such a riot that will force the state of FLA. or even this government to try him again and again, until they get a guilty verdict. “REMEMBER RODNEY KING”. When the police were found “NOT GUILTY”, the blacks rioted untill the federal government had another trial and found them guilty, of something.

It is my opinion. Not sure how many share it but it is one I believe is accurate.

Fair enough. It still seems a little over the top to me but perhaps I am overly sensitive. But I have seen many similar sentiments posted since this issue broke open and I am concerned that progressive race-baiting is having the desired effect on this site.

On Greta's show last night, the lawyer from Florida said that it happens all the time. She also said that it shouldn't, but it does.

Greta's panel said the same thing, that exculpatory evidence should also have been included, but in never happens.

Not being a lawyer, I don't know whether lawyers and judges were tought to do so in school, but then somehow forgot or loosened the standards a bit over time.

Maybe this can be another point of outrage that also leads to better controls in the legal process?

The Executive Branch is running the Judicial Branch now. Evidence isn’t required anymore. “Public opinion” developed by the little piggies in the state run MSM is what decides the verdict.

True. But this goes back 30 years and both parties do it. These show trials are how we got Rudy Giuliani.

So Zimmerman does not get a Grand Jury in Florida for a second degree murder trial?

A Grand Jury should return a No Bill on this case.

This case is totally political. Zimmerman must and will be convicted as the blacks must be placated. The white governance does not have the strength to resist any black “demand.” The facts and the law mean nothing as all will be subordinate to the conviction. As the defense makes any move the prosecution will produce a witness to counter it. I have seen accident cases where the Plaintiff had no evidence yet appeared at trial with two witnesses who had allegedly stopped her on the street and said “Hey aren’t you the lady that fell on the bus?”

Has anyone examined that photo? Why does the blood seem to leak only downwards from straight line across the scalp?

I’m listening to his 4/19 & 4/20 “Rewinds” today, since I missed much of them, and he’s on fire with the Fl Shooting topic. He does NOT like the Fl Prosecutor, Angela Corey and her corrupt, unethical tactics.

Tactics which are quite common with FL State Attorneys

AND DONT FORGET this 'special' prosecvutor was habd picked by the ambitious FL Attorney General Pam Bondi

You're going to see Pam Bondi in a Romney administration

Angela Corey may have done Z-man a favor by making the charge impossible to prove. The evidence in Z-man’s favor will be a slam-dunk not guilty verdict.

If I were head of the Justice Department, I would have been taking names of all the race-baiters. These yahoos are infusing the black community with a false image of racial inequality for their own economic ambitions.

The best direction for the black community is to promote stable marriages for their future generations.

...”I listened to the speech of Florida state prosecutor Angela Corey the other day.
Sixty seconds in I could tell that Zimmerman was toast”...

I saw it as she was giving it and I was aghast! It was hard to watch and to believe that this is was happening this way in the United States of America. She did her best to prejudice the case against George Zimmerman without a court or a jury. She would not allow a grand jury to make the decision..I knew in minutes why she made that decision.

Exactly what I was thinking. Indict at the level of public anger, let the jury hear the facts and then they take the rap for the verdict.

This is pandering at its finest.
