Any guess why Homeland Security ordered 2,717 of these vehicles the beginning of the year? I'm sure it's all for the good of the people since it has "RESCUE" stenciled on the side. Besides, a couple of those would look so cool parked next to one of DHS's recently ordered bulletproof checkpoint booths.
First I’ve heard of that. Heard about the millions of .40 cal hollow points (illegal under Geneva convention).
