I said it was a communist coup back in 2008.......the state run media has held their magic mandingo's mud, what is truly scary is no one in the alternative media has the BALLS to broach this subject. According to Snopes, she didn't resign but changed to inactive status. Apparently this procedure allows a lawyer who is not practicing to pay lower bar fees and avoid continuing education requirements, while keeping open the door to practice later. IIRC Snopes also said that Barack Obama did resign his law license.
It is accurate to say that both accepted inactive status rather than face inquiry. Quite common for lawyers who take a step too far.
In Michelle's case, it was Insurance Fraud and it was apparently mitigated by her ignorance of a client's actions. In Barry's case, he was challenged by another lawyer on the grounds of an untruthful application (He denied ever having used another name ....an "alias." Conveniently ignoring the Soetoro and the Dunham handles on record. Although it wasn't mentioned, he also denied traffic violations and drug use. And now, there's the SSN kefuffle. all rather significant "gaps" in the legal game.)

Then last week, another regular Townhall columnist, Diana West, wrote “Why the Silence About Obama’s Historic Scam?” but found that it wasn’t posted on Townhall at all. Worse, it was déjà vu for West, whose previous column on the same topic likewise was also spiked.
When WND asked West why her last two columns on the subject of Obama’s eligibility weren’t posted on Townhall, she responded: “This week’s empty hole where my column on media silence on Sheriff Arpaio’s press conference would normally go, like last month’s empty hole where my column on the Atlanta court proceeding on eligibility would normally go, speak for themselves.”
Bush was DEFINITELY briefed on the Eligibility Question. Did absolutely nothing. Cheney, too. They both knew. I think the power structure feared "urban unrest."
If something happens to Zimmerman, the Latin community will come unglued. I really don’t think that is the plan of Obama and the democrats. If he has a lick of sense, he would start trying to calm things down.
No matter what the media says about “white hispanic”, the hispanics (white, black, Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican, etc) will stick together. This is like the old, we can attack each other, but you can’t attack us.
I can’t wait to vote. I just hope it is a fair election, America wins (Obama is defeated) and the margin of victory is large enough to keep reasonable peace in the streets.

Every past Pres. cleaned out the Justice Dept.. i.e. hired new lawyers..
Bush did not.. he kept most all of Clintoons lawyers in place..
He he fought them for eight long years..
I am still worried about the two Justices he picked..
