Derrick Bell article edited by Elena Kagan in college says U.S. Constitution is the “original sin”

So not only is Elena Kagan a conflict of interest in the ObamaCARE SCOTUS case, because she was Solicitor General for Obama while the bill was being past, but she also edited an article by Derrick Bell while at Harvard that makes clear that Critical Race Theory sees the U.S. Constitution as a form of “original sin.”

So not only is Kagan a conflict of interest in maybe the most important case ever to hit the Supreme Court, she is also anti-constitution that she is supposed to uphold and defend as SCOTUS judge. Great. From Breitbart:

In November 1985, the Harvard Law Review published an article by Derrick Bell that was a “classic” in the development of Critical Race Theory. The article was edited by then-student Elena Kagan, and was cited by Prof. Charles Ogletree in support of her nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court by President Barack Obama in 2010.

The article makes clear that Critical Race Theory sees the U.S. Constitution as a form of “original sin”–a view later embraced by Obama as a state legislator, and reflected in his actions and appointments. The following is an excerpt from the non-fiction portion of the article; much of what follows is a fictional story that Bell intended as a parable of racial “fantasy.” (99 Harv. L. Rev. 4)

King Obama’s Soros' empire is huge. Even if we got the Presidency it would take many years to remove it and only with Newt Gingrich could it be done.

True. He's been busy tearing up the Constitution at every turn, appointed his minions in every governmental agency and turned our friends into enemies. No matter who is prez, the evilness has spread too far to change back within our lifetimes. It's gone forever. Our years of PC-ing everything has brought us to this. They've won.

It is pretty clear that the republican party is a failed party... the communists are a winning party... they control the government even when the republicans win.

Bell's Critical Race Theory (CRT) Explained (Breitbart)

...This criticism mirrored a Marxist attack long voiced in academia: that the Constitution had been a capitalist document incapable of allowing for the redistributionist change necessary to create a more equal world.

To create a more equal world, the Constitution and the legal system would have to be endlessly criticized – hence critical theory – and torn down from within.

The Marxist criticism of the system was called critical theory; the racial criticism of the system was therefore called Critical Race Theory...

Things can still be turned around, but not by treating these issues as one might try to walk on eggs without breaking them.

The world of make believe--that blames those who succeed for those who fail; that pretends that all people are interchangeable; that applauds envy & resentment as virtues; that dreams of new world orders, and condemns those who honor their forebears & seek to leave an ascending civilization to their descendants;--that world being foisted on the rest of us, must be challenged in all its core principles.

Those who are cowed by the pretensions of the Left will never rise to the task at hand. We need leaders who understand truth, including the truth that Collectivist Egalitarianism Sabotages Human Potential. Only demagogues & charlatans (such as Obama & Derrick Bell) benefit from the idiocy being promoted by this Administration & its slavering supporters in the mass media.

I can see why they wanted this information kept out of the public. If her hearing was this month, after the discussion of these tapes and CRT public awareness...the outcome may have been different.

Obama has chosen two relatively young CRT activist people for the Supreme Court, their impact will lasting damage.

Michelle Obama, (Oct 2011):

“We stand at a fundamental crossroads for our country. You’re here because you know that in just 13 months, we’re going to make a choice that will impact our lives for decades to come …

let’s not forget what it meant when my husband appointed those two brilliant Supreme Court justices … let’s not forget the impact that their decisions will have on our lives for decades to come.”

Again, as in my post above, this is an attack on the reality of life. The very idea of "a more equal world," is to deny the reality that no two of us are equal. No one ever sat in a class room with their equal on either side--unless they were next to their identical twin. The whole progress of Mankind, from the most primitive ages, has been based--as is Capitalism--on a division of labor, where the market tends to direct those who are paying attention, to the optimum employment of what talents they have, that other people value.

What the Left seeks by their lies & appeals to envy & resentment, has been mislabeled "Social Justice"; but it is Not Social & Not Just.

We need to make that very clear to all who still care about the future. What Bell & Obama are promoting is morally the equivalent to armed robbery! That they may seek to justify it by counting the noses of the indoctrinated does not change that equivalence in the slightest. In all human history, true morality has never been dependent upon a popular vote.

I think that is what Breitbart was trying to say and do. To take freedom back, the media must be seen as the problem, they cannot control who tells the story.

From what we are learning about left's CRT ...interesting how they so freely used the race card

Can you say IMPEACHMENT? This current crop of “Justices” needs to be overhauled wholesale. We have this on Kagan and we have Ginsberg stating that our Constitution is not the one she would use as a pattern for writing a Constitution.

No kidding! Look what these dems have done in such a short time. And the SPINELESS REPUBLICANS REFUSE TO DEMAND MEDIA COVERAGE OF THIS AND A TON OF OTHER INFORMATION THEY HIDE FROM THE PUBLIC!

I’m sure if someone just faxes this info to ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, MSNBC and the Home Shopping Network, they will all jump right in this story - unless of course Sarah Palin is giving a speech somewhere.

Exactly - or they spend most of their time gushing about the movie mocking her.

The drip, drip, drip method really works well. Obama will be lucky to get 10% of the vote this fall. Hope he takes a lot of Senate Dems with him.

hopefully, by November, most of America will cringe at the sight of him. Kind of like I’ve been since ‘08.

The drip, drip, drip method worked great on ACORN. Just when the progressives thought they had it contained, out came another video. Eventually they closed shop and went underground. ACORN is still out there, organizing for Obama. At least we don’t have that ACORN broad running our board of elections in Ohio anymore. Maybe this time, they will clamp down on the early voting problems in Cleveland.

“This is another bombshell that should be blasting over the airwaves and on the front page of every newspaper.”

I totally agree with you. Instead we have had weeks of this contraception silliness and the Fluke-Limbaugh dust up. Like the magician, the right hand keeps you distracted while the left hand does its dirty work.

The media is only secondarily the problem. Most of the talking heads are more presentable but less intelligent than the Leftist Nerds who indoctrinated them in College. The media are merely spouting the intellectually indefensible drivel they were taught--and never had enough sense or spirit to challenge.

In my current essay, I go into how the leading World Federalist in the middle decades of the last century, worked to corrupt American Education, to break down the patriotic spirit (World Government--Norman Cousins & Surrender By Subterfuge).

While Cousins was only one of the factors in the breakdown of patriotic spirit in Academia, his approach coupled with that already being pushed by Marxist elements, provided the rationale for the terrible mess we see today.

There are a few quite decent Republican office holders; but much of the party leadership have been too cowed by Academic & Media created perceptions (many, absolutely absurd fantasies with little relationship to how human societies actually function) to think very clearly about anything.

That is where forums like this are so important. A true grass roots awakening will actually tend to "reeducate" a great many politicians--far more of whom being natural followers than leaders.
