If liberals really believe that we shouldn't judge people by their color, why is it that they are always the ones who bring it up. It was the liberal media who kept focusing on Obama's "race" in 2008 instead of his lack of experience as any kind of a leader. Liberals like to divide us into racial groups.

It is my understanding that the question of whether or not Jefferson had a relationship with Hemmings has not really been settled.
If I remember correctly, the gene studies showed only that somebody from the Jefferson family had fathered Hemmings’s children. The conclusion of the article I remember seeing was that Thomas’s brother Randolph was far more likely to have been the father of Hemmings’s children.

There is no “Main Stream Media,” and there hasn’t been one at least since 2008.
What we have is nothing more than a ministry for propaganda.

Well it was a good article until I got to this...
We need to recognize that those dark skinned Americans whose ancestors were slaves are just as deserving of being called regular Americans as those of us with light skins without any modifier that segregates them from the rest of us.
When someone chooses to describe themselves as an "African-American", and/or insists on having only that description assigned to others like them, how can blame be placed on other people whilst saying "we" need to recognize them as regular Americans when they simply refer to these particular people by what they've chosen to be called?
