Yep. Nobody can scoff at the premise of Enemies Foreign And Domestic in 2012.

The Camp of the Saints is a brilliant book. Creepy and prophetic.
The main story of the novel takes place in France, being invaded by hordes from India, but he makes clear that the entire western world is under threat, as underpriviledged masses rise up globally to take all they can grab from wealthier nations.
And the liberal villians of the west (journalists, entertainers, leftist politicians, liberal clergy, etc.) cheer them on, until they realize too late how much the world has lost.
Very few rise up and try to defend western civilization.

Bracken oversexualizes his gun-loving heroine, devoting as much prose to her breasts as he does her weapons, which is a lot, and many minor players come off as one-dimensional caricatures.Heh. Have you introduced your heroine to Laz? I just downloaded books 2 & 3 to my Kindle. I suspect I'm in for a real good read. I'll check out Castigo Bay next. I'll also download to my Nook Color (it's set up as an Android tablet with Kindle Edition on it as well). At times, with my eyesight, it's easier to read on that than on my Kindle touchpad.
Looking forward to them...

I have no idea where Suzi Buchanan found the boob fixation in my novel. It's not there. I think it's a case of sheer projection by a bitter lesbian commie b!tch.

Well, she’s done an admirable job of keeping photos of herself off the Internet. All kinds of articles, though. Not finding anything of Facebook as well.
Anyway, here I thought I’d get into reading about some big boobs, and you’ve shot that down. Sheesh. That’s OK, though, it’ll be the next one up after I finish my current book.

Very few rise up and try to defend western civilization. I hope he is wrong about that part. He may not be. But even in Europe that history has yet to be written. There are signs that they have had just about enough.
