If ICE refuses to do their jobs defund them and let the states protect their own borders from foreign invasion until we get a government that will actually obey the Constitution.
How do we lay the heat on ICE for refusing to do their jobs? This is lawlessness, pure and simple.
DHS, Holder, and a bunch of other agencies are arming Mexican drug cartels, aiding in covering up the truth, demanding that they be the only ones who can enforce the laws, and then refusing to enforce the laws. They are literally holding this country hostage by refusing to let anybody but them enforce law and then refusing to do it themselves.
These people are declaring war on America openly.

Arpaio should turn them over to DPS, who would contact ICE. But, that would likely end quickly because ICE would then refuse to take them from DPS (They have a beef with Gov Brewer).
The Feds are basically refusing their obligation to the States at this point...raising a basic question as to why exactly should Arizonans continue to send in Federal tax receipts?
Start a special Tent Jail and name it OBAMA JAIL.
This is all about the investigation into the illegal-alien, usurper in the White House and Fast & Furious.
Arpaio’s investigation started back in September and I really hope got all the information he needed from the databases before Obama and the thugs at the DOJ pulled the plug on his capabilities.

ICE-Trained MCSO Deputies Turn In Badges
Nearly 100 ICE-trained deputies checked the immigration status of inmates at their jails. In place of all those deputies, the feds pledged to have 50 ICE agents in place at the jails. So far, they've only sent one.
"I'm going to keep tabs to see what year, or what century, those 50 agents take to replace our dedicated officers."
The sheriff says the holds placed on suspected illegals have decreased dramatically since his authority was stripped.
"Common sense and good management would be, ok sheriff we're going to take away your authority, but please keep doing it until we get our 50 officers to take over. No, they kicked us out. Putting public safety at risk," said Arpaio.
The sheriff said when his deputies were running the show, they put holds on an average of 15.5 suspected illegal immigrants a day. Since ICE took over last week, they've only placed holds on 3 people.

Maricopa County, AZ is the 4th most populous in the United States. Its population is larger than 23 STATES - nearly 4 million.
Joe Arpaio's MSCO apprehends and detains 25% of ALL criminal illegal aliens in the U.S. each year. Arpaio has - correction, until this morning HAD - 91 deputies who did nothing else but check immigration status in his jails. Today, ICE replaced them all with ONE agent. His deputies detain on average 16 criminal illegals per day. Since ICE took over last week, they have detained a grand total of 3.
The numbers involved are staggering. People are going to DIE because of Obama's action who would not have died before, and not just in Arizona. This is not a game. People do not realize the numbers involved here.
