Perhaps one of the most important qualities of a leader is the ability to identify, acquire, and retain good people. The fact that Cain sticks with what is clearly an incompetent campaign advisor doesn't speak well for his judgement.

Actually, Cain might be able to make a come back, especially since Newt might be a temporary top candidate, as he has only recently peaked. Time will tell.

Yes, that is a definite possibility. He needs to get moving soon, though.
