Mitt Romney files lawsuit against Free Republic. Claims Jim Robinson has "abused" him for years.

GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney today filed suit in Madison, Wisconsin small claims court against Free Republic founder Jim Robinson, claiming that Robinson has engaged in a pattern and practice of vehement abuse against (Romney) for years.

When asked if this lawsuit was somehow related to the recent allegations of sexual abuse at Penn State and Syracuse, Romney, in his trademark decisive syle, said "Um..maybe yes, maybe no."

"Look," Mitt said, "it's obvious that I'm not a minor. In fact, I'm a Mormon. But let's be clear here. I was an adult at the time all these events occured."

When asked if he'd even met Robinson, and to describe the sexual nature of the alleged abuses, Mitt said that Robinson had been "screwing around with him for years."

My God, man.." he said..have you ever read some of the stuff he's written about me? Where he's told me to go, and what to do with myself? Geez, man..It hurts..it's painful...I read FR all the time, to check out what he's saying about me, and I swear, I'm starting to think that my initials are FUMR."

When asked again if there had been any actual physical contact between the two, Mitt replied, "my lawyers have advised me not to say anything further. However, I would like to point out that I've been as consistent as human beings can be in this regard, and that I am not going to walk away from that."

"Look at these," Romney said:

"Chief architect of RomneyObamaCommieCare.Big government, mandate loving Romney. TARP loving, bailout approving, Porkulus pushing Romney. Tea party surrender to Romney?

Over my dead body!

No surrender! NO RINOS! NO Romney."

"And that's just the stuff Robinson's said that I can repeat without blushing," he said.

As he was leaving, Romney proudly pointed out that former NYC mayor and one time presidential candidate Rudy Guliani was going to testify on his behalf. "Rudy has been a victim of Robinson for much longer than I have. I couldn't file suit when it was only myself making the claim. But now that Rudy has come forward, and is willing to be a corroborating witness, we can proceed."

Romney also claimed that on several instances, Robinson had taken him to Tea Parties in various cities around the country.

Reached for comment, Robinson flatly denied all the charges against him. "Look, if you think that I'd touch Romney...muss up that hair, let alone take him to a Tea Party, then you might as well think that I believe in global warming, and Hope & Change."

As he was hanging up the phone, Robinson could be heard muttering something about Trolls, ZOTS, and Viking Kitties.
