and threatening police officers with baseball bats. Not a single arrest has been made.” It has not been widely reported that the police officers involved are also union thugs.

That may be true but the Justice Dept, White House, etc needs the support of the public. Publishing acts of violence, vandalism and terrorist acts will get the public’s attention. Obama, Trumka and Hoffa may get their way with thuggary but they will lose the support of the people and that is where it counts.

needs the support of the public

You have more respect for "the public" than I do. This is a "public" that elected a "community organizer" from Chicago as President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. That's just for starters. Look around at some of the animals who have been elected to office by "the public". Too many of them make me throw up in my mouth a little.

FRegards,
LH

Interesting. We live in a time when one in five workers would be really happy to have a job, almost any job, and these people are striking and/or threatening people?

Maybe they had better take another look. There are armies of people out there who will gladly take their jobs, and I'd wager some who would fight for them as well.

How long do they think management is going to put up with this crap?

It doesn't take that long to train a new workforce.

The reason unions hate the Tea Party is pretty obvious, the unions FEAR THEM TO THE HILT!.....If the Tea Party continues and their efforts increase, you will see even more resistance agains’t them by the unions.

GO TEA PARTY!!!!!! We support you and are a part of you.

“This is the age where right wingers are armed to the teeth.”

Let me clarify this, just a little:

This is the age where True American Patriots are armed to the teeth.
We’re in the cockpit, not out on either wing.

While I was a corporate manager at a California production plant the union was negotiating for a new contract. We were given training from corporate attorneys on NLRB Law. It was my first experience with this and I was shocked.

The union reps could come into our facility, the parking lot and the lunch room to talk with employees. They pumped them full of false information such as the company planning to lower the wage rate or cancel their insurance. But, we were instructed that we could not talk with our employees on any subject regarding the ongoing negotiations.

If an employee asked us a question about possibly canceling insurance or what wages were proposed, we had to tell them that we were not allowed to discuss matters and they should see their union reps. I was the plant safety manager and in charge of security and I was advised not to go into the employee parking lot and not to discuss "anything", even safety or behavior issues without a witness present.

I can see why the guy has issues, considering the name his parents gave him. I wonder if his last name is like Smith, Miller, Fletcher, etc; in that it reflects the family profession? I wonder if he has a sister named Ima?
