We have received a tip, accompanied by a mass-email that was sent by Chris Bowers, the "Campaign Director" of Daily Kos. It was entitled "Next" and detailed the Wisconsin recall election that took place yesterday.

You might expect Kos to blindly pump up their liberal readers. Indeed, in the moderately lengthy email there was a list of "positives" that was included concerning their loses Tuesday:

But here's the thing: even these guys realized the massive defeat handed to them yesterday. It was no more evident than their very first bullet under "Negative:"

Ouch, that has really got to sting. Another "negative" that practically screams that Democrats should just give up:

I sincerely hope they believe their own propaganda and talking points.

I really, really hope.

Hopefully they will be demoralized enough to not show up at next week’s recall vote.

The “they” are those 50% in Wi that pay taxes.

The Conservatives.

Few Dems pay, so it’s never an issue for them.

Sometimes you get too close to something where you can not see the big picture. These people and their positive spin are missing the big picture.

The tide has turned. A few years ago they had complete control of the message and the means to get what they wanted.

Now they are reacting to the call of smaller government, less spending, doing away with entitlements.

Just a few years ago they did not even have to fight to get their way, now they are on the defensive.

The election of Obama will be historic for more than just the color of his skin, it will mark the beginning of the end of socialism in this nation.

Americans have seen what big government can do and they do not like it. It took us a long time to reach this point, so it will take some time to push it back.

Each WI seat cost the rat/labor/media complex about $17 Million.

May they win a few more Pyrrhic victories.

They spent $40 million to barely eek out a win over the Republican Hopper who previously won by just 256 votes in 2010 and did not help himself by cheating on his wife. The other so-called big win for the rats was in a heavily democRAT district that Obama won by 20% in 2008. These districts were NOT deep Red territory. The scum libs can not even be honest with themselves. They flushed $40 million on two state senate seats that they should have easily won. Instead they are now going to be broke when they lose one of the Rat-held senate seats next Tuesday.

The Kos-suckers will need another big cash infusion from Soros to just barely survive what's coming in 2012.

Didn’t they pick up a seat or two? I don’t see evidence it has turned in WI. Maybe I’m wrong.

Wisconsin isn’t ‘deep red’ territory. Oklahoma and Kansas are ‘deep red’ territory. Wisconsin was neon blue until pretty recent - due to greedy unions and Madison liberals and their crap.

If the Dems had spent $100 bucks on the election then I’d say they did pretty good. However they spent at least $30M and won back an easy seat by a so-so margin, and barely beat a guy who couldn’t keep his pecker tucked in his pants. All this in a formerly blue state, and they may give a seat back next week.

This isn’t a loss, this is total repudiation.
