Then we might ALL be able to afford a new bra, some new shoes, a “real” haircut, and BOTH tampons AND Ground Beef! It really bugs me when Democrats actually believe that THEY are the only ones who know poverty when it’s just starting to hit them NOW... I’ve been having to live like she described for YEARS — it’s called living within your means, and more spending and debt from DC will not help any of us! Does it kind of suck, yeah... ESPECIALLY if you haven’t learned to NOT equate your self-worth with how much change is in your pocket!!! (no pun intended)
CH, I’ll just ditto the other posters and say I wouldn’t sweat it too much. She is pitiful and yet the DUmmies are funny with their parallel constructions and all that. It’s possible to pity someone and laugh at them at the same time, or at least at their archetype as another poster said. Reality is shot through with irony and paradox. The DUmmies can’t grok this but we conservatives can.

Such a course of study would have prepared much better than what she probably majored in - Black Lesbian literature.
No way she studied anything with any scholastic of historical significance.
Even if many of her problems are the results of what she believes and thinks she knows her pain is nothing to mock.
One Christmas a niece was college-poor and gave me a bottle of honey and a used book of poetry neither of which I had any interest in. But I loved her all the more for thinking kindly of me and presenting me with what she could afford. That was a real present. Lovely girl.
Charles we know you harbored no evil thoughts towards this person they are things beyond such a person as you.
