This morning police in Washington D.C. arrested Yonathan Melaku, a Muslim, for suspicious activity near Arlington National Cemetery and the Pentagon.
The twenty-two-year-old Melaku is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Ethiopia that also serves in the Marine Corp Reserves. He was found carrying ammonium nitrate fertilizer and other materials making reference to Al Qaeda and the Taliban.
The first reports I saw came from the Drudge Report and neither made reference to Malaku’s religion. Then I remembered the stories about Asan Akbar who killed two members of his platoon and wounded fifteen more and Hasan Nidal who killed thirteen of his fellow servicemen at Fort Hood. In those cases the media failed to report that these men were Muslims that infiltrated our military to carry the attack to America.

If an article can’t be the basic details right, then it throws into question what other things they’re saying in that article.
It says ... “He was found carrying ammonium nitrate fertilizer ...” and that has been shown to be false, by a report that says it was tested and shown to not be that. So, that throws this whole article into question, I would say ...
These writers have to make sure they get their details right before they go off writing about these things ... LOL ...

I just went and checked.They seem to have said everything but he is muslim. This article is correct. He lives in a half million dollar home with relatives and it is ‘not known’ of him to be in a terror group.

Mosqueing of the workplace, and now this, mosqueing of our homeland security agencies. Isn't that oxymoronic?
Hamas-tied CAIR demanded that the TSA give Fridays off to a devout Muslim agent, and they capitualted immediately. I question the wisdom of the TSA hiring devout Muslims while doing vaginal pat downs on six-year-olds. America, where are you on this?
According to this June 23, 2011 press release the substance was ammonium nitrate.
