During my latest airport experience from Minneapolis to Atlanta I noticed an elderly woman approximately in her late seventies complaining to her travel companion that the TSA agents had confiscated her jar of cold cream. It depends what the motive is. If, for example, the motive is greed, then certainly you can recruit outside "the group." but if the motive is to kill all those who are not like the group, then how exactly would you consign that outside the group itself.
