"Nobody planted a gun," insisted Preuss. How did he know this? Weren't Preuss and his associates supposed to ask questions, rather than provide the answers?
Ping
At the beginning of her interview she said her husband went and got the AK-47 he had to defend himself. By the end of the interview she was saying that SWAT planted the big o’ gun.
The lesson here is that people must immediately “submit to authority” or suffer the consequences.
It’s a shame what’s happened to the former America.
It’s horrible that we have to go through this kind of treatment.
sixty rounds into the house, and nobody’s got the guts to go in and get a toddler that managed to survive all this, out of the house? they send in a robot? nobody was worried the child might have been hit and needing medical assistance?
this is a joke, right? right?
we learned nothing from Ruby Ridge
” Vanessa stated — more than once — that she “didn’t see a weapon” in Jose’s hands, and referred to the rifle found near his body as “the weapon that was thrown right there.”
“ “Nobody planted a gun,” insisted Preuss. How did he know this? “
= = =
thank you for posting all of these. the more attention, the better.
i’m also curious, if they were wearing sunglasses, and never entered the house until after they fired 71 shots,
at a man they say was crouching at the end of the hallway,
HOW did they see that he had a gun pointed at them?
...given how distraught the wife was, and her english problems, it is clear to me, that she never saw that rifle, until SWAT planted it beside her dying husband.

I think the morale of the story is, lie I have heard said before, the problem with a SWAT team is that you have to find reasons to use it.
Yes in some very rare istances a SWAT team is needed. Does that meen every city must have one?
It’s called, “Comply or die.”
There are maggots on this forum who will defend this. Look around.
Can't expect too much from a country that allows an illegal alien to serve as chief lawbreaker and role model for law enforcement.
My concern at the point this man found himself would be the police were chasing an armed person or persons and those being chased were breaking into my house to hold me hostage, rape my wife and God knows what else. Damn right I’d give the invaders an armed encounter, at least until I knew who they were.
This entire thing from start to finish is a debacle. And it’s going to happen with increasing frequency as federal funds are used provide any police organization that wants one a fully outfitted SWAT capability.
This is just sickening. How do the people that carry out these raids live with themselves.
This has got to be stopped. We are at a point where the cops are more dangerous than the criminals.
I don’t know the details of this incident but then again I don’t need to. There was NO immediate threat of life inside that home. In my mind that makes this event second degree murder at the very least.
Someone posted earlier about Vanessa saying Jose got his AK47 and blah blah blah. So it sounds like from her phone conversation with her brother-in-law’s girlfriend (I think that is the relationship) that Jose picked up an AK47 and told her to get into the closet. It is from Transcript 1 page 3, I think.

If he went and got an AK-47, how did he end up with an AR-15 next to his body?
How the hell does one claim to adhere to a "presumption of innocence" while willfully deceiving someone for the purpose of securing evidence against said person?
It is a logical contradiction.
