She’s also been compared simultaneously (in a couple of threads, by the same Freeper) to Lonesome Rhodes from “A Face in the Crowd” and Chance the gardener from “Being There”. If you’re at all familiar with both movies (even just reading the Wikipedia articles) you know that’s (a) not intended as a compliment, and (b) a stupid comparison, because those two characters are so different that it’s really, really unlikely for one person to be like both of them. When the campaign starts and people make their case for the nomination, it's important to back the best conservative candidate possible.
