On our TV Show, “Angel And The Wiz” that airs Wednesday May 25th at 4 PM on MNN.org Channel 2, (56) I will formally announce my endorsement of Sarah Palin for President in 2012.
I am doing this whether she announces or not because I am voting for her whether she runs or not.
My reasons for endorsing her are as follows.
Courage: No one, Including Richard Nixon, has been pummeled like our Sarah. Through all the attacks on her and her family, she has shown the courage of a lion, and always handled it with the grace and propriety we would expect from our President. AND, she will reign in spending and work to change those habits in DC.
Intelligence: Despite the nonsense the trembling media whores working for the current administration and GOP elite might say, we, the American people see her wisdom and her heart, her common sense, (sadly lacking in DC) and her ability to hit the nail on the head whenever she chooses to do so…
Honesty: Not one of the “macho men” we have had in the past, including the tragedy we have now in the White House, have ever been more honest than Mrs. Palin.
Corrections: I belive Sarah Palin will undo all the wrongs done by the current interloper in the White House; I believe she will drill as well as look for new alternatives; I believe she will restore the economy just by getting elected and undoing all the wrongs being done now; She will support our allies and defeat those who try to bring us down; She will unite the country with her honesty and Grace, etc, etc, etc….
Motherhood: Indeed, we have never had a mother as President of our country, and I believe it’s about time.:
She Is beautiful inside and out: The current era of beautiful, intelligent, strong women began with Princess Diana, and now Princess Kate. Why shouldn’t the greatest nation on earth have a beautiful, intelligent and strong President. Sarah Palin will be able to use this innate beauty to America’s advantage. A true role model for young women everywhere. Let’s have the advantage in bargaining that all women have...
There are a hundred more reasons that I could mention, and I’m sure others will point many out for us, but I am stating this day: I endorse Sarah Palin for President in 2012.

She has stated she will run. Look at Sarah PAC. She’s raising money .She is just not playing the left’s game. She will declare when its time and on her terms. Get a clue please. She is the only person who will actually move the country to the right if elected. Once again who is your choice

I also see Palin as the modern version of President Reagan. They are of one mind, separated by time, with the American Spirit we value so highly. I saw via C-SPAN, her speech at the Reagan Ranch at the time of his 100th birthday celebration. When she spoke of Reagan’s attributes, what she said mirrored what I see in her.
Ever since the first time I heard her speak the morning that she first appeared as McLame’s VP, I liked her. I’d never heard of her before her VP nomination. As the last few years have gone by, she only wins me over more and more.
We can see that the left has pummeled her relentlessly and we know that is because she is the 2012 candidate they most fear because she will win if she runs.
They laughed at the idea of Reagan winning the presidency too. I can’t wait to see the left and the RINOs in utter defeat when she is sworn in. There are millions of Palin fans out here. I have my checkbook ready to write her a 500 dollar donation the second she announces. That is over twice what I’ve ever given to a presidential campaign and I am not rich by any means.
Her war chest will be bigger than Obama’s. He’ll pee his little boy pants when he sees the outpouring of support for Palin if she runs.
So do I.
Someone in government has to have a set of balls.

Its not the time to pull punches. You sit and listen to the mainstream BS about this crab bucket of republicans who claim to be presidential timber and we will end up with the one the media feels is the most easily beaten by obama. ‘08 it was McCain. Sarah has paid her dues she has been raped and destroyed unjustly by the media and the left and her only Sin is being a real American Hero.If we dont stand up for her we will not win in 2012 because the left will be picking our candidate because we will show we are afraid to run our best person. She will run and she will win.

Well that's the point. If the commies win with either the GOP or the dem candidate, what's the diff? It's an objective question. If, God forbid, Sarah does not run, who will the alternatives be, not in terms of party, but in terms of commitment to the restoration of a free-market, small government, constitutional Republic? Put another way, if the lesser of two evils will still take you over the edge of that socialist cliff, is it objectively possible to NOT waste your vote? A choice between arsenic and cyanide is hardly a real choice.
I'm not saying no other good candidates exist, but currently none of them have anywhere close the chance Palin does of winning it all. That, and they, like Palin, don’t have the support of the Party Elite. If that's that case, then a Draft Sarah movement such as our author is obliquely suggesting is not out of the question as a way to field a conservative candidate who has a reasonable chance of winning. This is all too hypothetical, of course, because I don't think it'll come to that. Sarah can take the GOP nomination if she wants it, and I think she does.
And frankly, your objection that it objectifies her is simply absurd. Over the centuries the truly great leaders have been less interested in power and more interested in service. They were mentally healthy individuals would rather live quiet, happy, private lives. George Washington comes to mind. But history called them off the bench and thrust them into the game, against their natural inclinations, not because of their smallness, but precisely because of their greatness. They were needed, and they heeded the call. There is no shame in that.
