BLOG PIMPING?
Right now, Obama and the left, along with their lapdogs in the MSM, think they’ve outsmarted the birthers, and that they’ve engaged in a brilliant game of political brinksmanship. They’re thinking that the birthers have shown themselves to be the fruits and nuts of the right, and they made all this hubbub about what was, after all, nothing really. Just a document... like any other American birth certificate.
They’re wrong. For two reasons:
1. Picture a campaign commercial for the GOP candidate of your choice, showing a picture of Obama’s birth certificate, and then a picture of LTC Terry Lakin in his Class A’s, and then a picture of him in his prison uniform and handcuffs, an announcer mentioning that careers have been ruined, lives altered, and at least one man PUT IN MILITARY PRISON because of Obama’s whimsical refusal to release this document. “Obama - listening to billionaires, but ignoring honorable soldiers.”
2. Secondly, there are some legitimate questions about the authenticity of this newly released document. According to the White House it had been destroyed in a fire in Hawaii, and then Governor Abercrombie said his search for it in the public database came up empty... and now it pops up on Monday morning TV in an official press release from the White House. Where did it come from, and where was it when the White House said it had been destroyed? Also there seem to be layers inside the pdf document that others have noted. That would seem to indicate some chicanery on behalf of the White House. I’m no document expert, but I suspect that there will be more than one examining this image closely.
Either way, whether it’s valid or fake, I think the release of this document is the beginning of the discussion over Obama’s mysterious past, and not the end.
At least maybe now the MSM will finally stop the ignorant insistence that the COLB is the birth certificate.
If the State of Hawaii put an official seal on this and says it's a genuine public record of Hawaii, that ends the discussion of the authenticity as far as any court is concerned. Under the Constitution (Article IV, section 1), every state and court must give "Full Faith and Credit...to the public Acts, Records and judicial proceedings of every State." So if Hawaii says it's real, the law of every other state says it's real.
I think the Lakin angle will be the way to proceed against the Faker In Chief!
I’m thinking IF you still want to pursue this then you go back to when BO first entered politics and research why the Chicago papers referred to BO as “Kenyan born” and go from there.
