Come up with a case that has a legal basis for discovery and it will be granted. What will then happen is Hawaii will provide the information in its records to the Court, the court will accept it, and that will be that.

I never claimed that. That's the silly parsing you guys hang your hat on because you have an emotional investment in denying Obama is eligible to be President.
What I said is that Hawaii has examined its records and verified that Obama was born in Hawaii. It has stated that much. If you understand anything about legal issues, that is telling.
If Hawaii had examined its records and found information that did not comport with the information of the COLB, then the COLB is a fraudulently offered state document. The state has no privacy obligations to an individual offering a fraudulent state document. It can and will state that the document in question is fraudulent. That it has not done so is meaningful.
